    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an anti-tumor polypeptide Bax-BH3, a fluorescent polymeric nanomicelle, a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of medicines. The anti-tumor polypeptide Bax-BH3 has an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID No: 1; the fluorescent polymeric nanomicelle includes the anti-tumor polypeptide Bax-BH3 and a polymer carrier; and the polymer carrier is a block copolymer RGD-PHPMA-b-Poly(MMA-alt-(Rhob-MA)). In the present disclosure, the anti-tumor polypeptide Bax-BH3 has desirable biocompatibility and biological activity; and the fluorescent polymeric nanomicelle encapsulates the anti-tumor polypeptide Bax-BH3 by the block copolymer RGD-PHPMA-b-Poly(MMA-alt-(Rhob-MA)), with high encapsulation rate and drug loading, and good release performance.

    Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions for execution by one or more processors of a UE. The instructions configure the UE for small data transmission (SDT) in a 5G NR network and cause the UE to perform operations comprising detecting while in an RRC_Inactive state, a radio link failure during a first SDT of UL data to a base station. A secure key for a second SDT is generated based on the radio link failure. A configuration message including an indication of the second SDT is transmitted to the base station. A response message including a UL grant is received from the base station. The UL data is encoded for the second SDT using the secure key. The second SDT is performed using the UL grant while the UE is in the RRC_Inactive state.

The memory system programs a group of the memory cells to one or more data states. In one aspect, the memory cells are not verified during programming. The group has a first set of memory cells that program at a first speed and a second set of memory cells that program at a second speed. The memory system reads the first set of the memory cells with a first set of read parameters and reads the second set of the memory cells with a second set of read parameters. The first set of read parameters are different from the second set of read parameters to compensate for the different programming speeds.

    Abstract: Techniques to configure a user equipment (UE) for a multi-connectivity handover with a source base station (SBS) and a target base station (TBS) include encoding a measurement report for transmission to the SBS. The measurement report is triggered based on a measurement event configured by the SBS. Radio resource control (RRC) signaling from the SBS is decoded, the RRC signaling including a handover command in response to the measurement report. The handover command includes an indication for multi-connectivity support by the SBS and the TBS during the handover. A first protocol stack associated with the SBS and a second protocol stack associated with the TBS are configured at the UE. A packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) protocol data unit (PDU) received at the UE during the handover is processed using the first protocol stack or the second protocol stack.

One example method includes generating configuration information for a signaling radio bearer (SRB) by the secondary node, where the SRB is used to transmit a radio resource control (RRC) message between the secondary node and the terminal. The secondary node sends the configuration information for the SRB to the master node, so that the configuration information for the SRB is sent to the terminal through the master node. The secondary node receives a result of configuring the SRB by the terminal by using the configuration information for the SRB. In this way, the SRB can be established on the secondary node, and used for RRC message transmission between the secondary node and the terminal.
