    Abstract: A combined through-hole processing machine includes a working bed provided with two opposite and parallel slide rails on it. A deep-hole processing mechanism is provided on the working bed and includes a pair of sub-spindle heads used to clamp a deep-hole tool respectively to conduct the deep-hole processing on workpiece. A U axis feed unit is provided between the two slide rails and used to provide the feed for the movement in the long axis direction parallel to the two slide rails. A deburring mechanism is provided on the working bed and located at one end side of the deep-hole processing mechanism, which includes the corresponding two chucks and two tailstocks where the chucks are used to clamp the workpiece with the deep-hole processing already fulfilled on the deep-hole processing mechanism respectively and the tailstocks are provided to arrange the deburring tools respectively to conduct the deep-hole deburring action.

The electrode pattern includes a plurality of concentric ring electrodes surrounding an innermost electrode. Each of the concentric ring electrodes has an opening. A first trace extends from a first electrode out of an outermost concentric ring electrode to the innermost electrode. The first trace has greater resistance than the concentric ring electrodes and the innermost electrode. A second trace connecting the innermost electrode and a second electrode out of the outermost concentric ring electrode through the openings.     Abstract: A system and method for distributing a low vapor pressure gas to one or more points of use in which a recirculation path and a recirculation device are provided. The recirculation path includes a distribution conduit in communication with the point(s) of use to allow the low vapor pressure gas to continually circulate to and from the point(s) of use. The recirculation device is positioned within the recirculation path to circulate said low vapor pressure gas continually through said recirculation path. In such manner, the low vapor pressure gas may be circulated at low pressure to prevent condensation. Further, the low vapor pressure gas may be circulated as a saturated gas mixture with a carrier gas. This may be effectuated by sparging the carrier gas through a vessel containing a liquid phase of a substance making up the low vapor pressure gas. Further the temperature of such liquid phase may be controlled to prevent condensation of the low vapor pressure gas.
