    Abstract: A light emitting device includes a substrate layer, first and second metal layers sequentially formed on the substrate layer, and an organic material layer formed between the first and second metal layers. The first metal layer has a uniform thickness or has metal portions or further has an open portion exposing a portion of the surface of the substrate layer. The organic material layer includes a hole transport material and an electron transport material in contact with one another. An interaction between the hole transport material and the electron transport material generates exciplexes capable of emitting light having a peak wavelength in a first range, and a coupling is generated between the first and second metal layers. By adjusting the distance between the first and second metal layers or the thickness of the first metal layer, the peak wavelength of the light is shifted to a second range and/or a third range.

The organic light emitting layer is subjected to a color separation process to form a plurality of monochromatic blocks that correspond to the electrode patterns, respectively. The electrode patterns are divided into a plurality of electrode pattern groups arranged in an alternate manner. The electrode pattern groups display a same image, and a same voltage is applied to the electrode pattern groups at a same time. Alternatively, the electrode pattern groups display different images, and a same or different voltages are applied to the electrode pattern groups at different times. As such, the light emitting device generates grayscale, full-color, three-dimensional or dynamic images.

The clamping base includes a supporting plate and retractable plates, and the retractable plates can slide in a direction parallel to the supporting plate. The retractable plate is provided with clamping wings, and the clamping wings can move in a direction horizontal to the supporting plate. The rotating structure connects the sliding plate and the supporting plate, and the clamping base rotates relative to the fixation base via the rotating structure. By this arrangement, the position and angle of the holder can be adjusted for holding the portable electronic device.

The fluorescent layer is located between the cathode wire structure and the transparent anode structure. The low-pressure gas layer fills the space between the cathode wire structure and the transparent anode structure and functions to induce the cathode evenly emitting electrons. The electron mean free path of the low-pressure gas layer allows at least a sufficient number of electrons to directly impact the fluorescent layer under an operation voltage.

    Abstract: A bidirectional lighting device for a rim includes a casing, a light-emitting module, a reflecting element, and a power supply unit. The casing includes a lower base and an upper cover both provided with a transparent region respectively. The light-emitting module is received in the casing and has light-emitting diodes arranged in a strip. The reflecting element is mounted in the casing to correspond to the transparent regions. The reflecting element has a first reflecting surface and a second reflecting surface both located on one side of the light-emitting diodes. The light generated by the light-emitting diodes is reflected by the first and second reflecting surfaces to exit the transparent regions. The power supply unit is received in the casing to be electrically connected with the light-emitting module. Thus, the light of the light-emitting diodes can be emitted out of the casing in two directions.
