  • Publication number: 20240096998
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method for forming metallization layers that include a ruthenium metal liner and a cobalt metal fill. The method includes depositing a first dielectric on a substrate having a gate structure and source/drain (S/D) structures, forming an opening in the first dielectric to expose the S/D structures, and depositing a ruthenium metal on bottom and sidewall surfaces of the opening. The method further includes depositing a cobalt metal on the ruthenium metal to fill the opening, reflowing the cobalt metal, and planarizing the cobalt and ruthenium metals to form S/D conductive structures with a top surface coplanar with a top surface of the first dielectric.

  • Publication number: 20170132364
Abstract: Provided is a non-invasive prenatal testing method to test whether a target fetus has autosomal aneuploidy. The method includes: preparing control plasma samples and a target plasma sample; sequencing and obtaining the amount of total cfDNA and the amount of cfDNA of target chromosome k from each of the control plasma samples and the target plasma sample; respectively obtaining yk values from the control plasma samples and the target plasma sample, wherein each yk value is the ratio of the amount of cfDNA of target chromosome k to the amount of total cfDNA in each of the plasma samples; obtaining a mk value; obtaining a target Rk value, which is a normalized ratio of the target yk value to the mk value; and comparing whether the target Rk value is significantly different from the reference dataset.

  • Publication number: 20150066376
Abstract: Provided is a non-invasive prenatal testing method based on whole-genome tendency scoring and adapted to test whether a pregnant woman's fetus has autosomal aneuploidy. The method includes: creating a database of mk values which equal the averages of length proportions of health persons' chromosome k; obtaining the pregnant woman's and her fetus' chromosomal data yk from the pregnant woman's plasma; obtaining p values by the ratio of the yk values to the mk values; and analyzing p values to determine whether the target chromosome has chromosome aneuploidy. The comparable data is increased and thus test accuracy is enhanced by comparing the p values and the p values in a database. Due to an abundance of comparable data, the method of the present invention is accurate even when performed in the first trimester, such that pregnant women can know as soon as possible whether their fetuses' chromosomes are normal.

  • Patent number: 7806974
Abstract: A viscosity controllable highly conductive ink composition. The highly conductive ink composition comprises an organic solvent, nanoscale metal particles or metallo-organic decomposition compounds, and a thermally decomposable organic polymer. Specifically, since the thermally decomposable polymer can increase the viscosity of the highly conductive ink composition and be removed by subsequent thermal treatment, so as to decrease the impact on conductivity by organic polymer. Therefore, a viscosity-controllable conductive ink composition is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20030201999
Abstract: A system for localized zoom. The system includes a display device, a pointing device, a pointing device driver module and a display driver module. The pointing device has a corresponding pointer position and outputs a Min/Mag signal. The pointing device driver module determines a Min/Mag scale and a Min/Mag position according to the pointer position and the Min/Mag signal. The Min/Mag scale and the Min/Mag position are supplied to the display driver module by the pointing device driver module, and the display driver module assigns a graphic unit to display a corresponding overlapped region in the buffer memory onto the display device according to the Min/Mag scale and the Min/Mag position.
