    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multifunction chamber having a multifunctional shutter disk. The shutter disk includes a lamp device, a DC/RF power device, and a gas line on one surface of the shutter disk. With this configuration, simplifying the chamber type is possible as the various specific, dedicated chambers such as a degas chamber, a pre-clean chamber, a CVD/PVD chamber are not required. By using the multifunctional shutter disk, the degassing function and the pre-cleaning function are provided within a single chamber. Accordingly, a separate degas chamber and a pre-clean chamber are no longer required and the overall transfer time between chambers is reduced or eliminated.

The method comprises: receiving a first brain image; encoding the first brain image to generate a latent vector; and decoding the latent vector and one or more conditional features to generate the predicted brain image. The first brain image is generated by a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) method. The one or more conditional features include at least one of: an age in future, a gender, previous brain images, omics features, and medical history. The latent vector is multiplied by a first normal distribution.

In some aspects, a process of the disclosed technology can include steps for receiving field data, processing the field data to identify two or more potential failure events associated with at least one AV from among one or more AVs, and automatically generating a work order for each of the two or more potential failure events. In some aspects, the process can further include steps for calculating a dynamic priority number for each of the two or more potential failure events and sorting the work orders based on the dynamic priority.
