Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for an Explicit Memory Tracker (EMT) that tracks each rule sentence to perform decision making and to generate follow-up clarifying questions. Specifically, the EMT first segments the regulation text into several rule sentences and allocates the segmented rule sentences into memory modules, and then feeds information regarding the user scenario and dialogue history into the EMT sequentially to update each memory module separately. At each dialogue turn, the EMT makes a decision among based on current memory status of the memory modules whether further clarification is needed to come up with an answer to a user question. The EMT determines that further clarification is needed by identifying an underspecified rule sentence span by modulating token-level span distributions with sentence-level selection scores. The EMT extracts the underspecified rule sentence span and rephrases the underspecified rule sentence span to generate a follow-up question.

Abstract: An infrared sensing gesture recognition method, characterized in that the recognition method adopts multiple infrared light emitting units, and each infrared light emitting unit is loaded with pulse signals on different frequencies, then, one or more infrared receiving units for receiving signals are used to receive infrared reflected signals loaded with corresponding frequencies emitted from different infrared light emitting units, and the infrared reflected signal corresponds to the infrared light emitting unit with the corresponding frequency by identifying the frequency of pulse signal loaded in the infrared reflected signal, so as to determine the physical location of infrared light emitting unit, and to judge the movement trajectory of gesture.

Abstract: An anion fall generating device and method, which comprises a water mist generator, an anion generator and an airflow propulsion unit. The water mist particles generated by the water mist generator and the anions generated by the anion generator are fused with each other under the effect of airflow propulsion unit, forming a water mist anion fall. The water mist particles are used as carriers, the water mist particles and anions are fused with each other, so that the water mist particles enwrap or adhere to the anions, preventing the anions from being neutralized by positive charges, so as to form the anion fall using water mist particles as carriers. Meanwhile the water mist particles can prolong the lifespan of anions in the air, and the anions are propagated farther by airflow propulsion unit, the anion generating efficiency is increased greatly.

Abstract: A method is provided in one example implementation and the method includes receiving a query for a policy (e.g., a multi-media session) that pertains to a selected one of first and second endpoints. Each endpoint interfaces with their respective session initiation protocol entity, which interacts with a session border controller (SBC). The method further includes negotiating credentials via a policy element and a selected SBC and determining, via a selected policy within the policy element, whether a requested communication session is prohibited or conducted between the endpoints. In more specific embodiments, each SBC makes a mapping between signaling entity information and pre-configured SBC virtual private network (VPN) information used for dynamic configuration of the communication session, and wherein a SIP [or other communication protocol] adjacency configuration is created, where adjacency characteristics are defined for each enterprise in which the endpoints reside.
