Abstract: A ventilation fan mounting structure includes a bracket assembly which is to be mounted to opposite two side flanges of a ventilation fan and includes a first bracket and a second bracket each formed in a U shape, wherein each of the first bracket and the second bracket includes two side members and a connection member connecting the two side members, the connection members and the side members of the first and second brackets are connected to each other by shafts, the side members are rotatable around the shafts, and a position-limit portion is disposed to the connection member to limit a rotation range of the side member. With the ventilation fan mounting structure according to the embodiments of the present invention, the mounting of the ventilation fan can be simply and conveniently completed even if the distance between the ceiling and the roof is small.
