  • Patent number: 11917203
Abstract: A method includes parsing a transform coefficient of a transform block in a current coding unit to obtain a first transform coefficient matrix. The method also includes obtaining a quantity K of non-zero transform coefficients in a top-left preset region of the first transform coefficient matrix. The method also includes parsing an index value based on the quantity K being greater than a threshold. The method also includes determining a transform matrix based on the index value. The method also includes multiplying N transform coefficients of the first transform coefficient matrix by the transform matrix to obtain M transform coefficients. The method also includes updating the first transform coefficient matrix by using the M transform coefficients to obtain a second transform coefficient matrix. The method also includes performing an inverse transform on the second transform coefficient matrix to obtain residual samples of the current coding unit.

  • Patent number: 11824348
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of potential transformer (PT) ferromagnetic resonance elimination, in particular to a PT ferromagnetic resonance elimination method implemented by actively inputting resistance through an electronic load, including the following steps: setting up a PT, and determining a mapping relationship; constructing a resonance elimination control system; and designing the electronic load as an active resonance elimination device. The present disclosure overcomes a contradiction between a magnitude of resonance elimination resistance and winding overload in a PT open delta during single-phase-to-earth fault and fault clearance, and effectively avoids the technical problems of difficult distinguishing between single-phase-to-earth fault characteristics and power frequency resonance characteristics and causing resonance in a single-phase-to-earth fault process.

  • Publication number: 20220183611
Abstract: Disclosed is a process for identifying and extracting pain-related electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. The process comprises receiving, from one or more trials, EEG data for each trial; determining a current density for each signal; estimating the current density for a set of neural activity regions of interest, based on the computed current density; and computing at least one spectrum characteristic for each trial based on the estimated current density. • Patent number: 10004595
Abstract: An accommodating IOL includes a flexible optic membrane, a flexible skirt extending from an outer periphery of the flexible optic membrane and defining an outer periphery of the accommodating IOL, and a capsular contact ring configured to be positioned anterior to the flexible optic membrane and having a diameter less than a diameter at the outer periphery of the accommodating IOL. The accommodating IOL further includes a plurality of strut assemblies connecting the capsular contact ring and flexible skirt. When the capsular bag transitions from an accommodative state to a disaccomadative state, the capsular bag exerts a force on the capsular contact ring, at least a portion of that force being transferred to the flexible skirt by the plurality of strut assemblies. The transferred force causes a flattening of the flexible optic membrane in a manner that reduces the optical power of the accommodating IOL.
