  • Publication number: 20030234509
Abstract: A bicycle folding device comprising a first folding portion and a second folding portion. The first folding portion has a groove, a first axial hole, an axial arranged guide hole, a buckling groove. The second folding portion has an inner axial hole. The pivotal unit serves to pivot the first folding portion and the second folding portion. The quick-detaching unit serves to position the second folding portion. A lever set is placed at a middle section between the second inner end and the second outer end. The lever set has a lever, a handle at a front end of the lever; and a key which is supported by an elastomer and is at a distal end of the lever set. By above structure, the bicycle frame can be assembled and detached easily and firmly. No noise occurs as the bicycle frame is transferred.

  • Publication number: 20030227748
Abstract: A display circuit board is provided for a heat dissipation system. The heat dissipation system includes a fan tray, a control circuit board, a plurality of fans, and a display circuit board. The display circuit board includes a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), a thermal sensor, and a connector. After the thermal sensor detects the temperature around the heat dissipation system and transmits a temperature signal to the control circuit board through a signal transmitting cable, the control circuit board adjusts the rotation speeds of the plurality of fans according to the temperature signal, and further transmits a plurality of display signals, which indicate the operation situation of the plurality of fans to the corresponding LEDs through the signal transmitting cable.

  • Publication number: 20030086828
Abstract: A micro-dispenser for dispensing predetermined amounts of fluids under the control of a controller. The micro-dispenser comprises a base and a high-density array of tube assemblies. The base, having a plurality of holes, is electrically connected to the controller. The tube assemblies, pre-filled with predetermined fluids, are detachably disposed in the holes and separately electrically connected to the base. The tube assemblies dispense the fluids through the base under the control of the controller. The tube assemblies are replaceable.

  • Publication number: 20030087444
Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing biochips Accordingly, the invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a biochip from a substrate. The apparatus comprises a conveying device and a series of dispensers positioned at a series of dispensing positions above the conveying device. At least one substrate is disposed on the conveying device, and the conveying device successively moves each substrate below the series of dispensers. Each of the dispensers has a plurality of nozzles facing the substrate. Each of the nozzles dispenses a predetermined reagent at a predetermined position of the substrate; thereby, an array of reagents is dispensed on the substrate at each dispensing position. The successive movement of the substrate below the series of dispensers obtains a biochip with a high-density array of reagents disposed thereupon.
