    Abstract: Disclosed is a system for segmented simultaneous water injection and oil recovery through double pipes in horizontal section, comprising several packers, several oil-extracting mechanisms and several water-injection mechanisms, wherein each of the packers, each of the oil-extracting mechanisms, and each of the water-injection mechanisms has an injection channel and a production channel, when several packers, several oil-extracting mechanisms and several water-injection mechanisms are combined, each of the injection channels is connected in turn, and each of the production channels is also connected in turn, the oil-extracting mechanism can extract oil through the production channel, the water-injection mechanism can inject water through the injection channel. The beneficial effects of this disclosure include: the oil in the oil production section can be produced while the water injection section is injected with water.

The method includes: receiving configuration information of at least one frequency resource group, and receiving, by using at least one beam, a downlink signal on a corresponding frequency resource in the at least one frequency resource group, wherein each frequency resource group comprises at least two frequency resources, each frequency resource corresponds to at least one beam, and the configuration information comprises an identifier of each frequency resource group and an identifier of each frequency resource; and when it is detected based on the downlink signal that a beam associated with a first frequency resource in the frequency resource group fails, sending a beam recovery request on a second frequency resource in the frequency resource group. Correspondingly, a corresponding apparatus is further disclosed.

One method comprises: 1) dissolving a main monomer, functional monomers, a peptide crosslinking agent, and a template protein in an aqueous solution to obtain a mixed solution; 2) adding an initiator or initiator system to the mixed solution to initiate the polymerization when the peptide crosslinking agent exists in a helix conformation to obtain a polymer; 3) eluting the template protein when the peptide chain exists in a coil conformation to obtain a peptide-crosslinked protein-imprinted polymer. The peptide crosslinking agent is a peptide with a polymerizable double bond at its both ends, and being capable of undergoing helix-coil transition. The polypeptide crosslinking agent is a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence which has a polymerizable double bond at its both ends, being capable of undergoing a helix-coil conformational transformation.
