  • Patent number: 11996630
Abstract: An antenna structure includes a ground element, a first radiation element, a second radiation element, a third radiation element, and a nonconductive support element. The first radiation element is coupled to a first grounding point on the ground element. The second radiation element has a feeding point. The second radiation element is adjacent to the first radiation element. The third radiation element is coupled to a second grounding point on the ground element. The third radiation element is adjacent to the second radiation element. The first radiation element, the second radiation element, and the third radiation element are disposed on the nonconductive support element. The second radiation element is at least partially surrounded by the first radiation element. The third radiation element is at least partially surrounded by the second radiation element.

  • Publication number: 20190279887
Abstract: A vapor reduction device for a semiconductor wafer has a plurality of heat plates which are spaced arranged longitudinally for receiving a plurality of wafers, the heat plates are integrated into a heating frame which is further placed into a casing. The movements of the heat plates within the casing causes that the wafers can be heated rapidly and uniformly so as to evaporated vapor effectively. The heat plates are separable from the heating frame and thus a number of the heat plates is selectable as desired. The heating temperature for the heat plates is controllable independently so that the temperatures of the wafers are controllable so that the temperature differences of the wafers are controllable to be uniformly distributed.

  • Patent number: 6616367
Abstract: A position adjusting apparatus for a back of a stroller includes an engaging rod, a controlling slide member, and a positioning block. The positioning block is fixedly connected to at least one handle support rod of the stroller, and has several engaging protrusions each having a positioning gap formed adjacent thereto. The engaging rod is movably received in a lower tube portion of a frame of the back, and is connected to the controlling slide member movable along an outer side of the lower tube portion. A pivotal rod is connected to the positioning block and the lower tube portion, and passes through an elongated hole of the engaging rod to pivot the back frame on the positioning block. The engaging rod is biased by a spring to extend outward from the lower tube portion such that an engaging lower part thereof engages a selected one of the engaging protrusions to fix the back frame in position.
