    Abstract: An overlapping and progressive forming method for a high-performance multi-element NiAl-based alloy tubular part, including: winding continuously flexible substrates of Ni and Al, and alloying coating continuously or selectively along a width direction or a rolling direction to obtain coated flexible substrates; winding continuously the coated flexible substrates on an outer surface of a core roller according to a sequence of Ni above and Al below to form a Ni/Al laminated structure having a plurality of layers with an outermost layer being a Ni layer, and consolidating with ultrasonic with assistance of a pulse current to combine the continuously wound flexible substrates into a laminated tube blank; and placing the laminated tube blank into a mold, applying a pulse current to both ends of the laminated tube blank for hot fluid high-pressure forming, and synthesizing in-situ to prepare the tubular part with assistance of the pulse current.

    Abstract: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are provided. According to the method, a source core (CN) network determines to transfer a UE that it serves and sends a transfer instruction carrying UE transfer restriction information to the UE; an access network receives a transfer request that is sent by the UE according to the restriction information carried in the transfer instruction; the access network selects a target CN entity that is different from the source CN entity for the UE; and the UE is transferred to the target CN entity. The method and system provided by the disclosure are applicable to user transferring between CN entities in any communication network. The transferring is initiated by a network side entity, and a more preferable CN entity is selected for the UE to provide a better service.

The motor drives the cam to operate. Each bearing orderly operates along the outline of the cam, driving the tool disc to continuously rotate without intermittence. The angle sensor is disposed on one end of the driver shaft or a rotation center of the tool disc. When the rotation angle of the tool disc matches the tool change command, the control terminal controls the brake structure to stop the motor, so as to stop the tool disc for facilitating the tool change operation.

    Abstract: Methods for scheduling mixed type traffics via multiple Transmission/Reception Points (TRPs) are provided. In embodiments disclosed herein, a base station provides, and a wireless device receives, a scheduling information for scheduling the mixed type traffics with different Quality of Service (QoS) requirements via multiple TRPs. In a non-limiting example, the mixed type traffics include an enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) service and an Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communication (URLLC) traffic service, and the scheduling information can be conveyed in a single Downlink Control Information (DCI) or a pair of DCIs. As such, it is possible to enable efficient scheduling of both eMBB traffic and URLLC traffics simultaneously. As a result, it is possible to satisfy a reliability requirement of the URLLC service without sacrificing spectral efficiency and/or throughput of the eMBB service.
