The engaging mechanism includes an engaging member and a driving device. The engaging member is pivotally connected to the backrest for engaging with the tooth-shaped structure. The driving device is pivotally connected to the engaging member and movably connected to the backrest. When the driving device moves between a locking position and a releasing position relative to the backrest, the driving device drives the engaging member to rotate relative to the backrest.

A front end of the first link is pivoted to the second leg, and another opposite end is pivoted to the handle. The first seat is movably disposed on the first link.
