  • Publication number: 20210192867
Abstract: An apparatus for managing vehicle data collection including a remote access execution circuit, a property translation circuit, a parameter acquisition circuit, a remote operation circuit, and a parameter conditioning circuit. The remote access execution circuit interprets a remote access request value including a requested vehicle property and/or a vehicle function value. The property translation circuit determines: a property request value responsive to the requested vehicle property; and/or an actuator command value responsive to the vehicle function value. The parameter acquisition circuit interprets vehicle parameter values responsive to the property request value. The remote operation circuit provides the actuator command value to a vehicle network zone endpoint. The parameter conditioning circuit generates, responsive to the property request value, vehicle property data from the vehicle parameter values. The vehicle property data corresponds to the requested vehicle property.

  • Patent number: 10437575
Abstract: A system and method in accordance with the present invention provides an enablement platform for building web-based applications for capture, analysis and use of device data using computing resources and data storage and management capabilities of hosted web services. The enablement platform works in two steps: first, for creating new instances of compute resources at a hosted service by collecting the required information and feeding it to the necessary hosted services pages; and second, for developing production-ready web-based applications for capture, analysis and use of data from M2M devices. In an embodiment, the application is used with a web-based hosted data storage, management and publication service. First step is a single page application running at a website that collects all of the required information and feeds it to the necessary hosted services pages in the background.
