Abstract: A grilling device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, an upper pan disposed on the lower surface of the upper pan and a lower pan disposed on the top surface of the lower shell, and electric heating tubes disposed on the rear sides of the pans, wherein the top surface of the lower pan is slant from two sides to the middle portion, and the shape of the lower surface of the upper pan is cooperated with the shape of the top surface of the lower pan. When cooking, the oil will flow to the middle and will be discharged out from the opening in the middle. The steam can be discharged from two sides because the pan is lower in middle and higher in two sides. Steam is prevented from being discharged from front side. The arc surface has more cooking surface in the same size.

The temperature controller is a mechanical controller with double-metal pieces, and the temperature is adjusted by rotating the bronze axle; a rotating shaft is disposed between the knob and the temperature controller, the knob can rotate the rotating shaft, and then the bronze axle of the temperature controller can be rotated.

Abstract: The present invention provides a temperature auto-compensation grill, which includes an upper grilling unit, a lower grilling unit and a heating circuit. The upper grilling unit rotating connects to the lower grilling unit and rotates between a first position and a second position; the grill is in the first status when the upper grilling unit is situated in the first position; the grill is in the second status when the upper grilling unit is situated in the second position; the heating circuit includes: a heater, one end of which attaches to one electrode of the power; a first thermostat, one end of which attaches to the other end of the heater; a second thermostat, one end of which attaches to the other end of the heater; and a change-over switch, which connects to the other electrode of the power and the first thermostat in the first status, the change-over switch connects to the other electrode of the power and the second thermostat in the second status.

Abstract: A grill with an anti-shaking structure has an upper pan and a lower pan, an upper heater and a lower heater for heating the upper pan and lower pan respectively. At least one shaft member having a shaft and a shaft base for containing the shaft is disposed between the upper and lower pan. The shaft base has a triangular shaft hole with a protrusion in a side of the triangle. The shaft passes through the triangular shaft hole and can be moved among the three angles for switching the use of the upper pan and lower pan. When the upper pan and the lower pan are unfolded to 180°, the shaft can be limited by the protrusion. The grill can be switched among three using status: 0°, 105° and 180°, and in each status both the upper pan and lower pan are stable.

The grill in the present invention comprises an upper cover, a grilling pan, a heating pan, a hinge, a base and a stepped unit disposed on the left inside and right inside of said base respectively; upper cover, grilling pan, heating pan and hinge remain kept in the grill; The presented grill omits the back wall and the bottom wall of the base and simplifies the structure without reducing any grilling function.

The pan member comprises a lower pan unit, an upper pan unit and a middle pan unit, wherein the top side of the lower pan unit has a grilling surface, and the bottom side of the upper pan unit has a grilling surface. The left end of the upper pan unit and the left end of the lower pan unit form a pivot connection. Both the top side and the bottom side of the middle pan unit are grilling surfaces, and the middle pan unit is separately mounted between the upper pan unit and the lower pan unit. The pans form two grilling spaces, which can be used to grill more food simultaneously.
