Patent number: 8650726Abstract: When a pretensioner is activated, a buckle main body experiences abrupt acceleration in a direction toward webbing. An inertial amass body of a stopper member is then rotated toward a frame member against an urging force of a torsion spring urged through a lever member. Further, the lever member abutting on the stopper member is also rotated toward the frame member, making each projecting piece face each abutment portion of a slide button. Further, when the slide button is slidingly moved against an urging force of a button spring, each abutment portion makes contact with each projecting piece of the lever member, stopping the slide movement of the slide button. Thus, unintentional disengagement between a latch and a tongue plate can be prevented.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 2010Date of Patent: February 18, 2014Assignee: Ashimori Industry Co., Ltd.Inventor: Yoichi Nimura

Patent number: 8621729Abstract: A frame member, which is approximately U-shaped in side view, has an ejector having elastic locking pieces whose tips are configured to move along long holes formed in an upper plate, mounted thereon. A permanent magnet is mounted on a slider member, at the end portion closer to a Hall IC switch. Pairs of elastic engagement pieces are inserted through the long holes respectively, and engaged with engagement portions provided at the tips of elastic engagement pieces of the ejector respectively and thus assembled. In a base member formed approximately rectangular-frame-shaped in plan view, the Hall IC switch is fitted on a Hall IC switch supporting extension, extended approximately perpendicularly outward from an end portion closer to the frame member of an outer plate positioned adjacent to the permanent magnet.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 2010Date of Patent: January 7, 2014Assignee: Ashimori Industry Co., Ltd.Inventor: Yoichi Nimura

Publication number: 20060096416Abstract: A refining agent containing Al, MgO and CaO as main components, wherein dolomite is a MgO source and a CaO source. When the refining agent is supplied into molten iron, Mg vapor is produced due to a reaction in the molten iron, and causes a refining reaction by the Mg vapor.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 14, 2005Publication date: May 11, 2006Applicant: JFE Steel CorporationInventors: Yoshie Nakai, Takeshi Murai, Hidetoshi Matsuno, Yoshiteru Kikuchi, Kenji Takahashi, Yoichi Nimura, Hiroshi Shimizu, Tomoo Isawa, Takeshi Kawashima, Tatsuya Okamura

Patent number: 5537206Abstract: A method for analyzing steel which comprises: grinding an analysis area of a steel ingot; sealing the analysis area with a sealing section of a cell for generating fine particles; again grinding the analysis area, while an argon gas is introduced into the cell; irradiating a pulsed laser beam of 10.sup.8 W/cm.sup.2 or more onto the analysis area at an irradiating spot of at least 1 mm.sup.2 to generate the fine particles; moving the irradiating spot; and transferring the generated fine particles by the argon gas to a plasma emission analysis for analysis. A further method for analyzing steel comprises: solidifying a molten steel sample, forming a red-hot sample; putting the sample into a sample holding section of a sample chamber under a purified argon gas atmosphere, the sample holding section having an inner curved surface the same as a curved surface of the sample; irradiating a pulsed laser onto the sample to remove a sample surface layer of 25 .mu.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 1994Date of Patent: July 16, 1996Assignee: NKK CorporationInventors: Takanori Akiyoshi, Tadashi Mochizuki, Akiko Sakashita, Yohichi Ishibashi, Satoshi Kinoshiro, Yoshihito Iwata, Yoshihiko Kawai, Yoichi Nimura, Hiroaki Miyahara

Patent number: 4539043Abstract: The object is to introduce a bottom-blown gas into a molten metal refining furnace so as to minimize the rate of blowing gas flow and increase the control range of the rate of blowing gas flow. There are included a refractory (1) having a plurality of holes (2) having an inner diameter of from 0.5 to 3.0 mm.phi. formed through said refractory and extending its working surface to its back, a metal cover (3) enclosing at least a part of the sides of the refractory (1) and a pressure box (4) formed in the bottom of the refractory (1) so as to communicate with the holes (2) and define a gas reservoir space. The molten metal is prevented from entering the holes (2) when the blowing gas pressure and the rate of blowing gas flow are decreased.Type: GrantFiled: November 29, 1983Date of Patent: September 3, 1985Assignee: Nippon Kokan Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Yoshiharu Miyawaki, Masayuki Hanmyo, Yusuke Shiratani, Teruyuki Hasegawa, Yoichi Nimura, Noriyuki Hiraga
