Abstract: An electrode structure for electrolysis of water comprising a sheet formed from an electrically non-conductive material whose both sides are laminated with a sheet formed from an electrically conductive material, and a plurality of holes having been bored through said laminated sheet. A net shape sheet of an electrically non-conductive material or an electrically conductive material can be used as the electrically non-conductive sheet or as the electrically conductive sheet. After setting one said electrically conductive sheet as an anode and another one as a cathode, the sterilization of water by electrolysis is carried out by immersing at least a portion of the electrode structure into water, and applying an electric voltage across the anode and the cathode.

Abstract: This invention relates an electrode composition for electrolysis of water, which is comprised of a panel of which one surface is made from electric conductive material and another surface is made from non electric conductive material. Plural holes are bored through said panel, and two said panels are arranged so as to hold a diaphragm between the surface of non-electric conductive material of each panel. And electrolysis reaction occurs at outer side of an anode and cathode of said electrode composition.

Abstract: A stabilized isothiazolone liquid formulation including:an isothiazolone compound represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## (where X represents a hydrogen atom or halogen atom, and Y represents a lower alkyl group), anda mixed solvent containing 50-99.9 wt. % of a glycol-type solvent and 50-0.1 wt. % of an amide-type compound represented by the formula (II): ##STR2## where R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each represent a lower alkyl group, R.sub.1 may bond to R.sub.2 or R.sub.3 to form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle),the compound of the formula (I) being dissolved in the mixed solvent of which amount is at least sufficient to dissolve the compound of the formula (I).
