  • Publication number: 20210179403
Abstract: An omnidirectional cart transport mechanism includes an automatic guided vehicle that includes a drive wheel and a drive mechanism that drives the drive wheel, and travels on a road surface by driving the drive wheel using the drive mechanism, a side guide mechanism that includes a pair of side plates movable in a first direction of approaching or separating from each other, and guides a cart to be coupled to the automatic guided vehicle to a coupled position by bringing the pair of side plates closer to each other with the cart positioned between the pair of side plates, and a cart lift mechanism that lifts a coupled portion of the cart guided to the coupled position.

  • Publication number: 20130299404
Abstract: In a metal ion elimination filter 14 for elimination of any metal ions in fuel 2, a filter body 16 filled with ion-exchange resin 15 for adsorption of metal ions through ion exchange is incorporated in a fuel feed passage (feed conduit 9) from a fuel tank 1 to an injector 5. A fuel return passage (return conduit 13) for return of the excessive fuel 2 in the injector 5 to the fuel tank 1 is passed through the filter body 16 to heat the ion-exchange resin 15 with waste heat of the returning fuel 2.

  • Publication number: 20100236282
Abstract: A refrigerant compressor includes a hermetic container storing refrigerant oil an electrically-driven element and a compressing element driven by the electrically-driven element. The compressing element includes a cylinder block having a cylindrical compression chamber and a cylindrical piston reciprocating in the compression chamber. The compression chamber and the piston have a diameter difference in the range of not shorter than 4 ?m to not longer than 15 ?m. The refrigerant oil has viscosity of 8 mm2/s or less at 40° C. and is prepared by mixing a first refrigerant oil having viscosity of less than 8 mm2/s at 40° C. with a second refrigerant oil having viscosity of 20 mm2/s or more at 40° C.

  • Publication number: 20100008808
Abstract: A highly reliable sliding face modification material capable of forming a stable film of molybdenum disulfide on the sliding face of a sliding member, the sliding face modification material having a molybdenum disulfide content of 95 wt % or more and an organic material content of 1500 ppm or less in weight ratio, and the sliding face modification material being projected onto the sliding face to form a coating layer.

  • Publication number: 20090136376
Abstract: As an refrigerating machine oil (108) that is enclosed in a sealed vessel (106) along a motor element (111), and a compression element (112) driven by the motor element (111), oil that has as base oil a carboxylic ester compound whose kinematic viscosity is 6 mm2/s or less at 40 degrees, and 2 mm2/s or less at 100 degrees, and that has one ester group as a chief ingredient is used. Thereby, the extraction force of oligomer contained in an organic material can be suppressed to hold comparatively much oligomer in the oil, and the oligomer can be kept from precipitating, and depositing in a refrigeration system, thereby blocking a refrigerant passage, such as a muffler or piping is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 5458182
Abstract: A vibrating apparatus for vibrating a mold 1 by an electrohydraulic stepping cylinder 5 through a link mechanism 3 is characterized in that when a driving signal delivered into a drive unit 26 for the stepping cylinder 5, the actual acceleration of the mold 1 is fed back to a target waveform signal for the mold 1 and compensating signals for cancelling the operation delay of the stepping cylinder 5 and the signal transfer lag due to elastic deformation of the link mechanism and the like are added thereto to make feed-forward compensation.
