Abstract: A system to enhance vehicle safety is disclosed comprising a vehicle having a front end and a rear end; at least one visual signal light apparatus positioned in the proximity to the front end of the vehicle; the visual signal light apparatus illuminates when the vehicle's is decelerating via its braking system; wherein the visual light apparatus is comprised of a rear view mirror having a first surface facing the front of the vehicle and a second surface facing the rear of the vehicle wherein at least one portion of solar panel is embodied to the first surface and at least one or more LED lights is embodied to the first surface.
