Abstract: Disclosed herein is a light stabilized copolyetherester composition that is substantially free of carbon black, and wherein the copolyetherester composition comprises, based on the total weight of the copolyetherester composition, (a) about 90-98.8 wt. % of at least one copolyetherester, (b) about 0.1-2 wt. % of at least one organic UV absorber selected from benzotriazole based UV absorbers and benzophenone based UV absorber, (c) about 0.1-2 wt. % of at least one hindered amine light stabilizer, and (d) about 1-6 wt. % of at least one mineral filler comprising mineral particles selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide particles, cerium oxide particles, zinc oxide particles, and mixtures of two or more thereof.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a monofilament bristle made of modified polytrimethylene terephthalate composition having s a flexural modulus of 2500 MPa or lower, measured according to ISO178:2001, a tensile modulus of 2600 MPa or lower, and an elongation at break % of about 20% or lower, measured respectively according to ISO527-2:1993, wherein the composition comprises: (a) 65-95 wt. % of at least a polytrimethylene terephthalate, and (b) 5-35 wt. % of at least a copolyether-ester having a Shore Hardness of 55 or higher measured according to ISO868. The invention also discloses brushes comprising the monofilament bristle.

Abstract: The present invention disclosed a web based OCR system including an OCR service apparatus that communicates with a web browser of a client apparatus and an optical character recognition method for controlling the OCR service apparatus that communicates with the web browser of the client apparatus, the OCR service apparatus comprising: a storage unit for storing an image; a sending unit for sending the image to the web browser of said client apparatus; a receiving unit for receiving a control instruction of a character recognition process from the web browser of said client apparatus, wherein the received control instruction is generated in the web browser of said client apparatus; and a character recognition processing unit for executing the character recognition process for the image based on the control instruction.
