The method includes determining, by a controller, a predicted location, when a noise signal corresponding to a communication frequency area between a vehicle and the smart key is configured to be generated, using GPS information. The method further includes attempting to detect, by the controller, the smart key at the predicted location and amplifying, by the controller, an intensity of a detection signal transmitted by the vehicle with respect to the smart key when the smart key is not detected. Additionally, the method includes storing, by the controller, coordinates of the predicted location and the intensity of the detection signal when the smart key is detected by amplifying the detection signal.
