The resistive memory device includes a bottom structure including a heating electrode, data storage materials, each of the data storage materials formed on the bottom structure in a confined structure perpendicular to the bottom structure, and having a lower diameter smaller than an upper diameter, an upper electrode formed on each of the data storage materials, and an insulation unit formed between adjacent data storage materials.

Abstract: A portable terminal includes: a body having a display device provided on the front face thereof; a support plate pivotably installed on the rear face of the body, a receiving recess formed on the rear face of the body adapted to receive the support plate; and wherein the support plate can pivot from the position of being received in the receiving recess, to articulate to a position protruding from the rear face of the body. By being provided with the support plate capable of cradling the body slantingly, the portable terminal makes it needless to carry a separate cover or case for providing a cradle function, which can contribute to maintaining the miniaturized and slimmed appearance of the terminal that is easy to carry.

Abstract: Disclosed are a biological sample analysis system and method for determining whether or not each of a plurality of biological samples has a test-target property using the plurality of biological samples and a plurality of pools generated by pooling samples. The system includes a determiner configured to determine whether or not there is a possibility of a determination of a false positive according to test values for the test-target property of the plurality of pools, an additional sample selector configured to select a minimum number of additional test-target samples on which an individual test of whether or not a sample has the test-target property will be carried out from among the plurality of samples when it is determined that there is the possibility of a determination of a false positive, and a test result determiner configured to determine whether or not each of the plurality of samples has the test-target property according to test results of the additional test-target samples.

Abstract: A flexible metal clad laminate includes a metal foil, and a multilayered polyimide film including a first polyimide layer having a glass transition temperature of 300° C. or less and disposed on the metal foil, a second polyimide layer disposed on the first polyimide layer and a third polyimide layer disposed on the second polyimide layer. According to the flexible metal clad laminate of the present invention, appearance defects such as blistering generated during curing process in a continuous curing machine using an infrared heat source may be solved, interlayer delamination may be prevented due to a good adhesion strength with a metal layer, and an ACF bonding strength and a dimensional stability may be good. The flexible metal clad laminate may be useful for the manufacturing of a flexible printed circuit boards.

In the injection system of a fuel injection pump, a plunger performs a reciprocating slide motion in the axial direction inside of the plunger chamber of a barrel for compressing fuel. The plunger has a release groove and a control edge. A spill port is formed in the wall surface of the barrel. A damping groove is formed in the upper-part outer circumference of the control edge and provides a fine fuel flow path. The damping groove meets the spill port in advance to form the fine flow of fuel from the plunger chamber to the spill port before the control edge of the plunger meets the spill port to release pressure.

Abstract: Disclosed relates to a stabilized parathyroid hormone (PTH) comprising a buffer and a stabilizing agent and, more particularly, to a stabilized PTH composition in which succinic acid, malic acid, histidine or ammonium bicarbonate is used as the buffer and sorbitol or mannitol is used as the stabilizing agent. The PTH composition of the present invention can be used to formulate stably PTH protein that is much more unstable to be readily decomposed than normal low molecular weight drugs.

The group may accommodate mobile terminals that are different in design model and in serving mobile communication network. Member mobile terminals can discover one another, and their users can discover one another in crowded places without communication costs. The RuBee or ZigBee technology permits mobile terminals to operate at most times, enabling ready discovery of members at a close distance.

The second housing is stopped at least one time within the second interval while being rotated toward the first housing from an open position of the second housing with respect to the first housing.
