Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for transmitting a covert message in wireless communication. The apparatus for transmitting a covert message in wireless communication may be configured to, in a covert message in which a data frame is composed of a Start Frame Delimiter (SFD), a header, a payload, and a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC), transmit the SFD of the covert message corresponding to a first sequence number masked with a preset SFD mask length, transmit the header of the covert message corresponding to a second sequence number masked with a preset header mask length, transmit the payload of the covert message corresponding to a third sequence number masked with a preset payload mask length, and transmit the CRC of the covert message corresponding to a fourth sequence number masked with a preset CRC mask length.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for transmitting information using a monitor brightness change. The method may include generating a transmission data frame structure for transmitting digital information, encoding the bit of the digital information, and converting the encoded bit of the digital information into a wireless signal that is a brightness change signal of blue (B) color, among red, green, and blue (RGB) for configuring colors on a monitor.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for combining images of a mobile terminal that receives broadcast image signals. A capture module is used for capturing and storing a specific scene of a broadcast image; a first processor is used for selecting a first image of images stored in the terminal, converting the first image into a translucent image, scaling down the first image, or extracting an object image from the first image; and a second processor is used for selecting a second image of the images stored in the terminal and overlapping the scaled-down image or the object image onto the second image.

Abstract: A method for downloading high-capacity data of multimedia content data (e.g., MP3, music video, and movie, etc.) in a mobile communication terminal, and a system for implementing the same are disclosed. The method for downloading data in a mobile communication terminal includes the steps of: selecting a desired data over a mobile communication network, and downloading the selected data over a broadcast network. Therefore, a user can download multimedia content data over a data channel of a DMB network, instead of the Internet of a mobile communication network, resulting in reduction of internet charges accumulated when downloading the high-capacity data.

Abstract: A method for interpolating pixel colors in a digital system is provided. The method comprises obtaining at least two pixels of a first color having a first level of similarity, wherein the at least two pixels are positioned adjacent a first pixel to be restored; calculating average values of the two pixels for the first color; restoring the value of the at least two pixels for the first color; and restoring a value associated with a second color for the at least two pixels by an interpolation method using a gradient of a brightness.
