The insulator insulates an overlapping portion between the first can and the second can. The first can is electrically connected to the first electrode, and the second can is electrically connected to the second electrode. The insulator has a short-circuit induction through-part defined by a through-hole or a cutoff line, such that a short circuit occurs between the first can and the second can through the short-circuit induction through-part when it is deformed in shape as heat or a pressure is applied to contract or expand the insulator.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a copper-based catalyst for reverse water gas reaction including a gas-permeable amorphous shell formed by strong metal-support interaction. The inventors of the present disclosure synthesized a copper-ceria solid solution and then adjusted the surface defect sites of the solid solution, thereby producing a catalyst including enhanced surface defect sites and having a gas-permeable amorphous shell structure formed on each copper particle. When the catalyst production method according to the present disclosure is used, it is possible to synthesize a catalyst including a structure consisting only of very small Cu particles encapsulated by surface shells and Cu sites incorporated into the CeO2 lattice structure. When the synthesized catalyst is used in the RWGS reaction, it exhibits excellent low-temperature activity, high activity and durability, compared to conventional precious metal catalysts.

Under the conditions, a non-oxidative direct methane conversion reaction is performed in the Inconel 600 reactor. The present invention skips the crystallization process by using the two-circuit process, so it is possible to solve the problem of increasing the unit product cost due to the additional process cost, prevent an increase in the consumption of the adjuster solution in each mixer-setter tank for pH adjustment and the process costs, and realize eco-friendly effects, such as cutting down the production of the process wastewater.
