In one instance, the UE starts a reselection timer for reselecting to a neighbor cell when a signal quality of a serving cell is determined to fall below a first threshold. The UE then expedites reselecting to the neighbor cell based on a difference between the signal quality of the serving cell and the signal quality of the neighbor cell when the signal quality of the serving cell falls below a second threshold.

    Abstract: A method for shielding an inductive sensor includes arranging an annular shielding coil outside an annular detection coil, the shielding coil surrounds the detection coil, and the radial thickness of the shielding coil is smaller than that of the detection coil. An inductive sensor adopting the above method for shielding the inductive sensor, in which the shielding coil is arranged outside the detection coil of the inductive sensor, magnetic fields generated by the two coils are opposite in direction and partially cancel out each other. When interference exists, the magnetic fields generated by the two coils are influenced at the same time and are attenuated or increased by identical strength. Therefore, the summed magnetic field strength can be kept constant, resonance voltages cannot be attenuated, the interference rejection of the inductive sensor is improved, and the sensitivity of the inductive sensor is not influenced.

    Abstract: A rain-test resistant, high-vapor-permeable, water-repellent and water-resistant manufacturing process for making such fabrics is provided. It is used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabric in which the fabric is treated with the treatment roller, knife roller, and spray methods. These combined methods can coat water-repellent agent on the fabric and form a very thin film on the fabric. This protective film on the fabric enhances the wash resistance of the fabric while it will not adversely affect the water repellence and water resistance of the fabric. Moreover, this technique of forming a very thin water-repellent film on the fabric rules out the conventional method with which the water-repellent agent dipped within the fabric structure is easily washed out with regular laundry of the fabric due to the lesser amount of the agent being attached onto the fabric.

The catalyst is a conjugated microporous macromolecule polymer complexed with cobalt, chromium, zinc, copper or aluminium, and by using the macromolecule catalyst complexed with different metals to catalyze the reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxide at normal temperature and normal pressure, a yield of the corresponding cyclic carbonate of 35%˜90% can be obtained. The catalyst is easy to recover and the re-use of the catalyst has no influence on the yield; additionally, the yield can reach over 90% by controlling the reaction conditions.
