The integrated optical component comprising a medium including a first, second plane, third plane, wherein the first plane is adjacent to a detection area, the second plane is positioned about a photosensor, and the third plane is opposite an angle formed by an intersection of the first and second plane. The integrated optical component further comprising a first lens configured on the first sidewall, the first lens configured to receive incident light from the detection area and focus the incident light onto a reflector through the medium, the reflector configured on the third sidewall, the reflector configured to reflect the incident light towards a second lens, and the second lens configured on the second sidewall, the second lens configured to receive the incident light from the reflector and focus the incident light to the photosensor.

Abstract: The present application provides an improved switch structure for a power tool, having an outer cover, a transfer switch arranged in the outer cover, and a first button and a second button arranged on the outer cover and respectively acting on a first end and a second end of a seesaw of the transfer switch. It may also have a retaining device to keep the first button and the second button respectively jointed with the first end and the second end of the seesaw. Utilizing this arrangement of the retaining device, the button and the electric transfer switch are kept in a jointed state so that the switch does not have a loose feeling to a user which can negatively affect operation.

Abstract: The present invention provides both an impact switching function and a shaft locking function for use in an impact screwdriver. The impact screwdriver includes a housing, a motor located in the housing, a motor drive shaft driven by the motor, a hammer which can move axially and rotate around the motor drive shaft, a hammer anvil, an impact switching device and a shaft locking apparatus. The shaft locking apparatus has a mating member coupled with the hammer anvil, an engagement ring fixed to the housing and a middle member located between the mating member and the engagement ring. The shaft locking apparatus has a locked position, where the mating member is secured to the hammer anvil and also secured to the engagement ring and the housing.

A gear shaft is horizontally mounted on the base member and a worm shaft is vertically mounted on the base member. The lock gear is axially movable between a first position and a second position and has a tendency to be in the first position. When the lock gear is in the first position, the lock gear engages a worm mounted on the worm shaft and is circumferentially fixed relative to the link gear. When the lock gear is in the second position, the lock gear disengages the worm and is rotatable relative to the link gear.
