A biomass powder material containing lumps enters the sealed baking treatment assembly after being re-crushed into powder through the biomass powder lump treatment assembly, and the biomass powder material is baked into semi-coke by the sealed baking treatment assembly. The semi-coke is weighed and packed after being cooled by the cooling collection assembly.
