An elastic clip has a first clip end fixed to the surrounding wall and has a second clip end for elastically deformed to either lock or release the top cover to rotate with respect to the surrounding wall. The driver module is disposed in the container space of the surrounding wall. The driver module is connected to a power wire via a wiring hole disposed on the surrounding wall.
