    Abstract: The replenishing device for use in a light-sensitive material processing apparatus provided with a processing tank for storing a processing solution therein by which a light-sensitive material is processed, includes a first detector to detect an amount of light-sensitive material processed in the processing tank, and to output a detection signal when the amount has reached a predetermined value; a replenisher to replenish the processing agent from a solid agent storing member to the processing tank. The replenisher incudes a processing agent receiving section which receives the processing agent through an opening of a housing member provided inside of the replenisher in the process of movement from an initial position to a replenishing position, and replenishes it to the processing tank at the replenishing position. The device further includes a sliding member linked with the receiving section which slides on the inside of the housing member, to close the opening at the initial position.
