  • Publication number: 20240173673
Abstract: A wastewater treatment system for treating regeneration wastewater generated by a regeneration process using an acidic aqueous solution for a desalination device for desalting water containing ammonia includes a bipolar membrane electrodialyzer for separating, from the regeneration wastewater containing an ammonia salt produced by reaction between ammonia captured by the desalination device and the acidic aqueous solution or from a solution derived from the regeneration wastewater, an aqueous solution containing an acidic solute that is the same as the acidic aqueous solution as a regeneration acidic aqueous solution. The wastewater treatment system is configured such that the regeneration acidic aqueous solution is used as at least part of the acidic aqueous solution for regeneration of the desalination device.

  • Patent number: 5405199
Abstract: A bearing device for miniature motors comprising a stator formed by fitting an end plate to an open end of a housing formed into a bottomed hollow cylindrical shape. A rotor rotatably supported by bearings is provided on the housing and the end plate. A bearing retaining body is provided formed of a resin material into a basket shape. The bearing retaining body has such a construction that a flange and a bottom member, both formed into a ring shape, are connected by a plurality of axially extending and circumferentially disposed connecting members. A plurality of axially extending support columns are disposed in the circumferential direction on the inner edge surface of the bottom member. The bearing retaining body is fitted to a retaining part provided on the housing and/or the end plate, and a ball bearing is supported via the supporting claims.

  • Patent number: 5363005
Abstract: A miniature motor comprising a housing made of a metallic material, formed into a bottomed hollow tubular shape and having a permanent magnet fixedly fitted to the inner circumferential surface thereof, a rotor consisting of an armature facing the permanent magnet and a commutator, an end cap engaged with an open end of the housing, and having brushes making sliding contact with the commutator and a pair of terminals electrically connected to the brushes; the rotor being rotatably supported by bearings provided on the bottom part of the housing and the end cap, in which a flat groove including a plane parallel to the axial line of the motor and opening toward the housing is provided on the end cap; the terminals being disposed to face the side of the groove, a chip laminated capacitor and a spring made of an electrically conductive material and formed into a substantially U shape in planar projection being disposed in the groove so as to come into contact with each other and also with the terminals.

  • Patent number: 5010264
Abstract: A miniature motor having a positive-coefficient thermistor in which a first supporting member made of an electrically conductive material and electrically connected to at least any one of a pair of brushes housed in a motor cover plate, and a second supporting member made of an electrically conductive material and electrically connected to an external terminal are provided; a positive-coefficient thermistor being supported between the first and second supporting members. This construction makes the assembly of the motor easy, leading to improved productivity, and allows the motor to have a positive overheat preventing function without adding to the number of parts.
