    Abstract: A communication device includes a processor and a communication part. The communication part communicates with one or more slaves. The processor has a function of executing communication processing and setting processing. The communication processing includes causing the communication part to transmit a frame including main data to the one or more slaves in a first period. The setting processing includes setting N (N is an integer of 2 or more) second periods within the first period. The setting processing includes setting a slot for performing communication of sub-data other than the main data for each of the second periods. The frame includes at least one of the slots during a transmission period of the main data.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a multiaxial motor control system for controlling motors for a plurality of shafts included in a multiaxial machine, and including a plurality of motor control devices and a controller. The controller is connected with the motor control devices, and transmits a command signal to the motor control devices. Each motor control device includes a communication controller, a rotation controller, and a drive unit, and drives a motor of a corresponding shaft. The communication controller transmits and receives signals including the command signal, and determine whether the command signal is received normally. The rotation controller generates a torque command to operate the corresponding motor. The drive unit generates a drive voltage for electrification to drive the corresponding motor in accordance with the torque command. When a motor control device detects failure in reception, the motor control device outputs a torque command for braking torque to stop the corresponding motor.

    Abstract: A motor control device includes an instruction position detector that calculates, as an instruction position detection value, a position detection value at an external instruction timing. The instruction position detector includes an internal counter, a detection position calculator, and a correction value generator. The internal counter outputs a count value counted at a cyclic interval shorter than a position read cycle that is an interval at which a motor position detected by a rotary encoder mounted on a motor is read as a position detection value. The detection position calculator controls a rotation of the motor by use of the position detection value, is supplied with an external detection instruction signal including an instruction pulse, and calculates the instruction position detection value by use of a count value at the external instruction timing indicated by an edge of the instruction pulse.

    Abstract: A motor control system includes motor control devices and a controller. The controller generates and transmits a communication signal including an operation command to the respective motor control devices. The motor control devices include two motor control devices in a first group, each of which includes a data transceiver, a motor controller, a corrector, and a synchronous timing generator, and a motor control device in a second group. The data transceiver receives an operation command issued to the motor control device, and receives operation information in the motor control device in the second group. Based on the operation command, the motor controller generates a torque command signal. The corrector generates a torque correction signal based on the operation information, and corrects the torque command signal. The synchronous timing generator generates a timing signal that matches pieces of process timing of the motor controllers in the first group with each other.
