  • Publication number: 20010022602
Abstract: The present invention relates to an ink jet recording head and a production method therefor, wherein ink is spouted by vibrating a vibrating plate that is a wall part of a pressure chamber, using an ink jet energy generating part. In the ink jet recording head that comprises a main body formed by a plurality of pressure chambers (ink chambers) provided corresponding to nozzles that spout ink, the vibrating plate that constitutes a wall of the compression chamber being provided to the main body and an energy generating part provided on the vibrating plate at a position corresponding to a forming position of the pressure chamber, which makes the ink inside the pressure chambers spouted from the nozzles by deformative-energizing the vibrating plate, the vibrating plate and the ink jet energy generating part are formed using the thin film forming technology.

  • Patent number: 6008720
Abstract: A timer alarm device is supported on an ear as an earring by pinching an earlobe of the ear with an arm and a clip. Spring force to pinch the earlobe is produced by permitting a spring provided on the clip to run on a corner of a flat part. A timer circuit, a piezoelectric buzzer, and a battery cell, etc., are accomodated on a head part provided on the upper part of the arm. Since the piezoelectric buzzer for outputting an alarm sound is located in the vicinity of an earhole, a user can hear a greater sound even with a smaller sound volume and hence attention of the user can be securely called. Since functions and component parts are limited to eliminate the need of setting and confirmation that rely upon eyes, even a visually handicapped user can conveniently use the device.

  • Patent number: 5881326
Abstract: A shutter apparatus is provided wherein openings for defining a secondary aperture are formed in respective shutter blades, such that an amount of light transmitted through the secondary aperture is detected, and the drive force for driving the shutter blades is changed so that the amount of the received amount increases in the opening stroke according to a predetermined function. When the integrated quantity of the received light reaches a threshold value, the movement of the shutter blades is reversed, and the shutter speed is determined based on the integrated light quantity obtained upon completion of shifting to the closing stroke. Thus, variations in the exposure amount that occur upon reversal of the shutter blades are canceled in the closing stroke.

  • Patent number: 5124793
Abstract: A sound multiplex signal encoder circuit comprises a frequency modulator for modulating a sub-carrier wave, having a frequency twice as high as the frequency of a horizontal synchronizing signal of a video signal, with a sub-channel source sound signal. An automatic frequency control circuit generates a reference signal in accordance with the horizontal synchronizing signal of the video signal. A phase synchronizing circuit controls the frequency and the phase of the sub-carrier wave by supplying, to the frequency modulator, an error signal representing a phase difference between the sub-channel signal generated by the frequency modulator and the reference signal generated by the automatic frequency control circuit. A video signal detecting circuit detects whether a video signal is present, and stops the operation of the automatic frequency control circuit by means of a switch when no video signals are present.

  • Patent number: 4991004
Abstract: Picture frames on a color photographic film are detected with a television camera, and the color images of the picture frames are displayed in a matrix arrangement on a color monitor. In order to display color images of picture frames at the same dimension on the color display irrespective of the picture frame size of the color photographic film, a specific area from which pixels are picked up is determined in accordance with the picture frame size, and pixel thinning is performed. Pixels for an image taken as a full size on the 135 type color photographic film are thinned by removing every second pixel in both the vertical and horizontal directions, and pixels for an image taken as a half size on the 135 type color photographic film are thinned by removing every second pixel in the vertical direction within the specific area, and interchanging the vertical and horizontal addresses to read the image data rotated by 90 degrees.

  • Patent number: 4935809
Abstract: A color film analyzing method and apparatus which displays image data of frames of the film as positive images provided by a TV camera, and a plurality of reference images previously provided and stored in a recording member, in a matrix pattern on an image display device. When one of the color images of the picture frames is specified, the image line of the matrix including the specified image is shifted so that the specified image is adjacent to the reference image line on the image display device and a cursor image is displayed overlapping a portion of the specified image. The cursor image is provided as a reversed image of the part of the specified image where the specified image is overlapped by the cursor image.
