  • Patent number: 7972075
Abstract: To provide an applicator in which an application core does not become shaky or unstable even if force in a lateral direction is applied to an application portion of the application core during use, an applicator is provided with a container (1) having an accommodation portion (101) to accommodate a liquid material (10), and an application core (2) supported by a leading end inner portion of the container (1) from an outside and having a communication hole (23) communicated from an inside of the accommodation portion (101) and extending toward a leading end side, the container (1) has a guide tube (102) guiding the liquid material (10) toward a leading end side from an inside of the accommodation portion (101) to be inserted fitly to the communication hole (23) from a rear side, and the application core (2) is supported by the guide tube (102) from a rear side.

  • Patent number: 7416360
Abstract: A container with an application tool includes a main body having a storage part for storing liquid substances and a neck part having a communicating port connected with the storage part; an application tool head axially movably connected to the neck part; a valve seat connected to the back end of application tool head; a partitioning wall partitioning the communicating port in the neck part; a valve body protruding forward from the partitioning wall having a lead-out hole; and an O-ring elastic member forming a water tight connection between a surface that supports the elastic member on the partitioning wall and the application tool head; wherein the elastic member urges the application tool head to separate the valve seat from the valve body; and the elastic member elastically deforms so that the valve seat contacts the valve body when the application tool head is pressed backward.

  • Publication number: 20050276655
Abstract: There is provided a container with an application tool that can be prevented from assuming an ineffective configuration aspect. The container with an application tool includes a main body, an application tool head, a ring-shaped elastic member, and a cap. The main body includes a storage part for storing liquid substances and a neck part. The application tool head whose back end is inserted into the neck part is axially movably connected to the neck part. A valve seat is provided to the back end of the application tool head. A partitioning wall for partitioning a communication port is provided in the neck part. A valve body for the valve seat is provided so as to protrude forward from the partitioning wall. The elastic member is provided between the partitioning wall and the application tool head for the purpose of water tight. This elastic member urges the application tool head so that the valve seat separates from the valve body.

  • Patent number: 6382380
Abstract: A torque varying mechanism comprises an accommodation hole that has a relief hole formed in its bottom and that receives a check ball therein. The accommodation hole is configured so as to present a relationship in which the area of flow passage between the accommodation hole and the check ball increases linearly as a function of the amount of displacement of the check ball after opening of the relief hole, after which the flow passage area keeps a unvarying value. A hysteresis characteristic is imposed on a switching point where switching is made between a high torque transmission characteristic and a low torque transmission characteristic relative to an increase and a decrease of the vehicle velocity.

  • Patent number: 6283264
Abstract: A torque characteristic shifting mechanism is provided in an accommodation hole of a rotary valve. The torque characteristic shifting mechanism changes over the torque characteristics in a multi-step manner with an increase of the vehicle velocity by setting the distances so as to meet the relationships R3≈R2>R1 or R2>R3>R1 where R1, R2 and R3 are the distance from a center of rotation of a weight member accommodated rockably around the center of rotation to a center of the ball blocking the drain hole, the distance from the center of rotation to a center of gravity of the weight member and the distance from the center of rotation to a center of a spring, respectively.

  • Patent number: 5167164
Abstract: The rotational speed of a motor is reduced by a worm gear and a worm wheel and the reduced rotation is transferred to a first pinion gear. A first moving plate is moved along a pair of shafts. A second moving plate is provided for the first moving plate by inserting to the same pair of shafts. A first coil spring is interposed between a retaining portion of a shaft inserting hole of the first moving plate of one of the shafts and a retaining portion of a shaft inserting hole of the second moving plate. The first coil spring is compressed by the movement of the first moving plate upon switching to the 4-wheel drive, thereby accumulating the force. A second coil spring is interposed between a retaining portion of the shaft inserting hole of the first moving plate of the other shaft and a retaining portion of the shaft inserting hole of the second moving plate. The second coil spring is compressed by the movement of the first moving plate upon switching to the 2-wheel drive, thereby accumulating the force.
