  • Patent number: 10954985
Abstract: An external screw member includes a head, a shank, a parallel threaded portion, a tapered threaded portion, a screw thread, a convex portion and a screw driving side end face of the convex portion. The convex portion protruding more radially outward than the crest of the screw thread is formed in at least one of the parallel threaded portion and the tapered threaded portion over the tapered threaded portion and the parallel threaded portion. The screw driving side end face of the convex portion is configured to form an inclined plane which gradually rises from a root position of the end face at the side of the crest of the screw thread toward a crest of the convex portion in a direction opposite to a screw driving direction of the screw thread to reach the crest of the convex portion.

  • Patent number: 10309567
Abstract: Provided is a pipe fitting, which is capable of preventing unintended release of a connection between pipes due to an external manipulation and is capable of releasing the connection between the pipes when necessary. This pipe fitting has a housing, a first retainer, and a second retainer. The first retainer has first elastic pieces as well as being slidably disposed inside the housing and being configured so that when the first retainer is located on the connecting section side of the housing, the first elastic pieces are expandable and when the first retainer is located on the inserting section side of the housing, expansion of the first elastic pieces is restricted. An operating pipe section, which can be held at the connecting section end only through an opening in the connecting section of the housing is provided on the second retainer.

  • Patent number: 8973952
Abstract: A connector includes a housing having a connecting portion, an insertion portion, and slits, and a retainer having arms, and engaging portions. The engaging portions are engaged with a flange portion of a first pipe member so as to retain the first pipe member. An inclinatory contact portion is provided between inner circumferential surfaces of the slits and outer surfaces of the, such that the pair of arms are urged in directions of approaching each other when a force to pull out the first pipe member from the insertion portion is exerted.

  • Patent number: 6329298
Abstract: A post-etch treatment method capable of imparting high corrosion prevention performance to the aluminum-containing wiring films. The sample of aluminum-containing wiring material that is etched using the halogen-type gas is treated with the plasma of a gas that has the oxygen component, and the resist formed on the aluminum-containing wiring material is reacted with oxygen and is removed. Further, the plasma is generated using a gas having the hydrogen component or this gas is liquefied into droplets thereof on the sample surface, so that halogen components (Cl, Br, etc.) adhered to the aluminum-containing wiring material through the etching treatment are reacted with hydrogen and are effectively removed in the form of hydrogen chloride (HCl) or hydrogen bromide (HBr). This makes it possible to obtain the aluminum-containing wiring material having high corrosion prevention performance.
