  • Publication number: 20020143417
Abstract: In a process control data base, intermediate characteristics, processing condition for controlling a characteristic and a final characteristic in a process of manufacturing products are stored as a set of data for each product lot. In Process 1, a set of data for each product lot are prepared. Next, in Process 2, cluster processing is conducted on each set of data obtained in Process 1. In Process 3, using the set of data obtained in Process 2, the intermediate characteristics and the processing condition for controlling a characteristic are inputted and the final characteristic is outputted, and a causal relation between the input and output is quantified by a neural network so as to make a learning model. In a model applying stage, the most appropriate processing condition for controlling a characteristic is retrieved by using the learning model and the intermediate characteristics in the previous steps.

  • Patent number: 6459938
Abstract: A control terminal 32 includes an individual address setting section 12 for setting a unique individual address, and a simultaneous control address setting section 13 for setting a simultaneous control address common to the plurality of control terminals 32. A simultaneous control address is commonly assigned to the control terminals 32 to be subjected to group control. When an UP switch Sb or a DOWN switch Sc of an operation terminal 31b for group dimming purpose is pushed, a transfer signal including the simultaneous control address is transmitted to a signal line Ls from a transfer controller 30. The respective control terminals 32 substantially simultaneously receive the transfer signal, thereby changing the intensity of illumination loads.

  • Patent number: 5848372
Abstract: An apparatus detects trouble states in a gas engine in which the exhaust gas pressure after combustion in each cylinder is measured by a pressure sensor installed on a collecting exhaust pipe. An average value of the exhaust pressure, a standard deviation and a fluctuation values of the average value in each cylinder is calculated. Based on the calculated data, it is specified whether the trouble occurring in the gas engine corresponds to a misfire, a leakage in the inlet value or a leakage in the outlet valve, as well as which cylinder is the cause of the problem.

  • Patent number: 5617338
Abstract: A method of and a system for electrically processing vacuum pressure information, which is suitable for use in a vacuum unit. Pressure values are detected and a desired pressure value lower than the highest vacuum pressure value of the detected pressure values is displayed on a displaying device in digital form. The desired pressure value is stored in a storing device. Each of pressure values relative to vacuum, which are detected by a pressure detecting element held in front of a passage communicating with a vacuum port, is converted into a digital signal. The so-converted digital signal is digitally displayed on the displaying device. The desired pressure value stored in the storing device is compared with each of the detected pressure values relative to the vacuum, and information about faulty points is displayed on the displaying device based on the result of comparison.

  • Patent number: 5497201
Abstract: Reductions in size and cost for a sync chip clamping/sync separation circuit are envisaged by the use of the CMOS process. The final output amplification section of a differential amplifier circuit is implemented as a P channel FET, and the pull down current for the drain terminal of this P channel FET is set to a value which is smaller than the current which flows when this P channel FET is ON. A constant voltage is supplied by resistors to the non inverting input terminal (+) of the differential amplification circuit. Further, the inverting input terminal (-) of the differential amplification circuit and the output terminal thereof are connected, and also an input coupling capacitor is interposed between the inverting input terminal (-) thereof and an video signal input terminal. Further, a buffer is provided which takes out a sync signal from an input of the P channel FET.

  • Patent number: 5481482
Abstract: In a vacuum unit which can electrically process information, a vacuum pressure value is detected by a detecting device and a desired pressure value is set by a setting device. The so-set desired pressure value is digitally displayed on a displaying device and stored in a storing device. The set desired pressure value is compared with the detected vacuum pressure value by a determining device. When the result of comparison is brought to a given value, it is determined that an unusual or improper state has been developed. When the set desired pressure value and the detected vacuum pressure value coincide with each other in a predetermined range, a predetermined signal is produced from an output device. The displaying device is provided with an adjusting device capable of adjusting the state of visual recognition of each pressure value.

  • Patent number: 5475619
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for electrically processing vacuum pressure information in a vacuum unit. The apparatus basically comprises a vacuum supply mechanism, a detecting device, a determining device, a failure precognition signal generating device and a pressure setting-up device. In the apparatus, pressure values are first detected, and a desired pressure value lower than the maximum pressure value of the detected pressure values is digitally displayed on a display unit. Then, the desired pressure value is stored in a storage unit, and pressure values relative to vacuum, which are detected from the detecting device held in front of a passage which communicates with a vacuum port, are converted into digital signals. Thereafter, the digital signals thus converted are digitally displayed on the display unit. Further, the desired pressure value stored in the storage unit is compared with each of the detected pressure values.
