Abstract: In the battery utilizing system of the present invention, a battery supplying power to a portable terminal includes a memory which stores at least one content and an output permission condition indicating a condition for permitting output of the content, and the portable terminal includes a determining section which determines, on the basis of the output permission condition of the content stored in the memory, whether or not to permit to output the content; and an outputting section which outputs the content which is determined the determining section as a permission of outputting. Therefore, in outputting a content stored in the battery, out of all contents stored in the battery, only a content whose output is permitted is reproduced in the portable terminal, and hence, a necessary content only is reproduced in this battery utilizing system.

Abstract: In a server apparatus, a registration processing section analyzes a capability information transmission mail received by an E-mail communication section, and extracts capability information. Next, a sender's address and capability information are made to correspond to each other so to be stored in a capability information table. When a normal E-mail is received, designation capability information, which has been made to correspond to the recipient address, is obtained from the capability information table, and an image file which is attached to the received E-mail is converted to an image file to be suitable for designation capability information. This makes it possible to control a load applied onto internet facsimile apparatuses and to exchange capability between the internet facsimile apparatuses.

Abstract: A control system an upper apparatus connected to a control bys, an OPC server connected to a communication bus, an OPC communication station connected to the control bus and the communication bus, and an engineering station connected to the control bus and the communication bus. The upper apparatus accesses the OPC server manages via the OPC communication station. The engineering station acquires data from the OPC server, and generates engineering data accessible by the upper apparatus and the OPC communication station based on the acquired data.

Abstract: A network controlling section makes communication with a receiver side, and receives receiver side information including the presence or absence of Internet facsimile capabilities on a receiver side, mail addresses, and an apparatus possession capability. A receiver side information identifying section identifies receiver side information. The receiver side information identifying section registers identified receiver side information to a receiver side information table. A determining section provides an instruction to an image conversion processing section and an IFAX processing section to transmit image data to be suitable for the capability on the receiver side with reference to the receiver side information table. When the receiver side has Internet facsimile capabilities, the IFAX processing section transmits image data as an E-mail over the Internet. Also, the image conversion processing section converts image data to be suitable for the possession capabilities on the receiver side.

Abstract: A corrected data generator for an image taking device includes a training plate having a reference pattern. A memory stores predetermined image information corresponding to the reference pattern on the training plate. A photoelectric section converts a light signal into a corresponding electric signal. Corrective information is generated in response to an electric signal of the reference pattern which is outputted from the photoelectric section, and in response to the image information stored in the memory. An electric signal of an object which is outputted from the photoelectric section is corrected in response to the corrective information.
