Abstract: A content delivery system wherein an occurrence of a traffic, the value of which is below a predetermined threshold value, can cause stream data to permeate all of the nodes in a community in a given time. In this system, a communication terminal apparatus uses a control part to determine, based on information (a TTL part, a relay part and a content part) established in a content delivery message, a coincidence between user attribute information established in the content part and user attribute information stored in a storage part, thereby deciding whether to execute a content reproduction. Furthermore, in a process of controlling a relay transmission, the control part controls, based on the information of the TTL and relay parts established in the content delivery message, the state of the relay transmission to other nodes based on link information stored in the storage part.

Abstract: For a system that comprises an information processing apparatus that repetitively transmits a packet and a server apparatus that receives the packet, a packet processing apparatus that can reduce a packet processing load imposed on the server apparatus, a communication system and a packet processing method are disclosed. This packet processing apparatus includes: a packet determination unit for determining whether a packet received by a receiver is a repetitive packet that has been repetitively transmitted by an information processing apparatus to a server apparatus; a transmission determination unit for determining whether the packet that is determined to be a repetitive packet should be transmitted; and a transmitter for transmitting a packet that is determined not to be a repetitive packet and a packet that is determined to be transmitted, and for not transmitting a packet that is determined, by the transmission determination unit, is not to be transmitted.

Abstract: There is provided a SIP server realizing a system capable of connecting a terminal in a local communication network to a carrier communication network without preparing a customer information database based on the communication company system specification or an IP call control device, thereby simplifying the system configuration and reducing the cost. The SIP server (30) controls connection between SIP terminals by the SIP extended network (10) built on the Internet network. A SIP mutual connection unit (33) containing one or more carrier identification numbers or representative numbers acquired from each carrier is provided in the extended network SIP server (30).
