Abstract: An air conditioner equipped with an air cleaner. In the air conditioner, a dust collector is arranged in an air path located behind a heat exchanger. A dust collecting electrode of the dust collector is combined with a heater for self-cleaning. An opening, which communicates the air path located behind the heat exchanger with the outside, is provided above the dust collector. An open-and-close valve, which is closed during the air conditioning operation and opened in the case where the air cleaning operation is carried out while the air conditioning operation is stopped, is provided at the opening. The dust collector does not interrupt the flow of air during the air conditioning operation and also in the case where the air cleaning operation is carried out while the air conditioning operation is stopped.

A heater for self-cleaning is combined with a dust collector electrode of the electric dust collector. A heat shield plate is combined with the heater. Air flow resistance is not increased although the dust collector electrode is plane in shape. An increase of air flow resistance caused by the use of the heat shield plate is also suppressed.

Abstract: In a temperature controlling method of a kitchen-heating apparatus having a temperature sensor at a certain place in the heating area, the temperature control is performed by comparing a temperature detected by the temperature sensor with a set temperature. In this case, an acceleration of the temperature ascent and descent at each certain interval is required and the temperature of the above heating portion is controlled with a duty ratio which corrects the duty ratio of the above heating portion of each interval with the acceleration of the temperature ascent and descent in the front step.

Abstract: A process-controlling device enables the prevention of process deviation from preset standardized operations and the occurrence of abnormal effects, even if the baking machine is accidentally started without setting up the processing time. The process-controlling device alters the preset processing times by inputting external input data, performing successively each step of the process in accordance with each of the altered processing times allocated to each step of the preset process. A time data-inputting device for inputting time data equivalent to the difference between each of the preset processing times and each processing time to be altered, and a processing time-altering device for increasing or decreasing the time data against the preset processing time and altering the preset processing time to the new processing time.
