  • Patent number: 8575288
Abstract: A curable resin composition is provided which uses a fumarate copolymer which is excellent in thermal discoloration resistance as a binder component and is capable of forming details of a color filter. The curable resin composition of the present invention is a photocurable resin composition for forming a protective layer, RGB pixels, a black matrix or a spacer of a color filter, and contains as a binder component a fumarate copolymer having at least a molecular structure wherein a constituent unit represented by the following Formula 1 and a constituent unit having an acidic functional group(s) are linked, preferably further having a constituent unit with an ethylenically unsaturated bond: wherein, each of R1 and R2 is independently a branched C3-8 alkyl group which may be substituted, or a C4-8 cycloalkyl group which may be substituted.

  • Publication number: 20110306985
Abstract: A surgical assistance system for operating on biological tissue using a surgical tool attached to an arm of an automatically-controlled surgical instrument so that an optimal feed rate of the tool is calculated and outputted to the surgical instrument, the system including: a device for storing and voxelizing medical image data obtained from a biological tissue subject to surgery; a device for setting an operative location based on the shape of the biological tissue; a device for calculating a tool path along which the tool travels to perform surgery at an operative location; a device for determining the region of interference between the tool and the voxels; a device for determining the hardness of the biological tissue in the interference region; a device for calculating an optimal tool feed rate corresponding to the hardness; and a device for outputting the feed rate obtained by the calculations to the surgical instrument.

  • Publication number: 20100247752
Abstract: A curable resin composition containing as the binder a fumarate copolymer which is excellent in thermal discoloration resistance and capable of forming details of a color filter, namely, a photocurable resin composition useful in forming overcoats, RGB pixels, black matrixes or spacers in the production of color filters, which contains as the binder a fumarate copolymer having a molecular structure comprising constituent units represented by the general formula (1) and constituent units having acidic functional groups, and preferably further containing constituent units having ethylenically unsaturated bonds: (1) wherein R1 and R2 are each independently branched C3-8 alkyl which may be substituted, or C4-8 cycloalkyl which may be substituted.

  • Patent number: 7491408
Abstract: A novel A1-B-A2 polymer having a number average molecular weight of 10000 to 100000 is provided that has excellent bioabsorbability so as to disappear in a predetermined period of time even when embedded in a large amount in the body, has good kinetic properties, and is useful for preparing tissue anti-adhesion films. This polymer is composed of segments A1 and A2 each having at least either of modified and unmodified amino acid groups, and segment B composed of PEG having a number average molecular weight of 8000 to 50000. The polymer contains both the modified and unmodified amino acid groups, the content of the modified amino acids is 20 to 85 mol % of all the amino acids in the polymer, and segment A1 is bonded to one end of segment B and segment A2 is bonded to the other end of segment B.
