    Abstract: A label having a vent filter function and a ventilation housing having a reduced cost are provided. The label comprises an ink-receiving layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for applying the ink-receiving layer to an adherend, wherein the ink-receiving layer is an air-permeable porous material comprising at least one resin selected from PTFE and polyolefins and the label has, formed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, an air passage hole which extends from one to the other side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the thickness direction and enables a gas which has permeated the ink-receiving layer to pass therethrough. The label may further include an air-permeable support layer and an air-impermeable reinforcing layer disposed between the ink-receiving layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
