In the photosensitive layer, the content of o-phthalonitrile polymer except the phthalocyanine compound is in a range of 100 nmol to 200 mmol with respect to 1 mol of the phthalocyanine compound. Thus, the electrophotographic photoconductor has an excellent surface-charge retention.
