    Abstract: In an elevator system, an elevator-hall-call/destination-floor-call registration device provided at an elevator hall includes, besides a destination floor registration button such as a numeric keypad, etc. formed by buttons having respective numbers of 0 to 9 for registering a destination floor, a disabled person button declaring that a customer is a disabled person. For example, in the elevator-hall-call/destination-floor-call registration device, when the disabled person button is pressed and the destination floor call is inputted, a group management control device registers the destination floor call, and determines a car to be assigned for the destination floor call, rings a chime and further turns on a hall lantern corresponding to the determined assigned car. Like the above, the group management control device rings the chime and turns on the hall lantern only when the disabled person button is pressed.

    Abstract: Provided is an elevator group control system which is excellent in convenience and can prevent a decrease in operation efficiency even when an elevator is used by a group of a plurality of persons. For this purpose, there are installed in an elevator hall a destination operating panel by use of which users register their destination floors before boarding and a group boarding registering device for registering that users use an elevator as a group. The number of users expected when users use an elevator as a group is stored beforehand in a user head-count storage section. When registration of a destination floor by use of the destination operating panel has been performed at the same time with registration of a group use by use of the group boarding registering device, a car to be assigned to a hall car call is determined on the basis of the number of users stored in the user head-count storage section.

    Abstract: A group control system includes a destination operating panel by use of which a user registers a destination floor by manual operation before boarding an elevator car and an authentication device by use of which a user performs personal authentication by inputting personal identification information. The destination floor registration from the destination operating panel is prohibited with respect to prescribed prohibited floors and when personal authentication has been carried out by the authentication device, the prohibition of destination floor registration with respect to prohibited floors is canceled. The group controller assigns an optimum car from a plurality of elevators to the destination floor registered from the destination operating panel. In the elevator group control system, it becomes possible for a user to register his or her destination floor before boarding an elevator car without lowering the level of security of the system.

    Abstract: In an elevator system which performs group control of plural elevators, a hall call registration device allows a user to perform registration of a hall call before arriving at an elevator hall, and an assigned car is determined for a remote hall call registered from this hall call registration device. When a remote hall call is registered, measurement of a first time is started, and in the period from the stop of the assigned car at the hall to an elapse of the first time, a door close button of the assigned car is made ineffective. After that, when the first time has elapsed, the door close button is made effective. The assigned car is caused to wait with its door open at the hall until the second time elapses after arrival of the assigned car at the hall or an elapse of the first time, whichever is later.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, when a parking floor is set as a remote-hall-operating-panel-installed floor, the parking floor can be canceled. As a result of this, during the movement of a passenger from a remote hall operating panel to an elevator hall, it is possible to prevent a car from being on standby at a remote-hall-operating-panel-installed floor. Therefore, because a car to which a remote hall registration has been assigned can effectively use the moving time of the passenger and hence it is possible to improve the operation efficiency of the whole group supervisory control system. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce useless runs and hence to reduce power consumption.
