  • Patent number: 9494171
Abstract: A valve housing of a multiple valve device is formed by being split into two parts, that is, a first housing block and a second housing block abutting against and separated away from each other at positions of facing joining surfaces. Three or more spool sliding bores are provided on the first housing block forming a three-dimensional structure. The other spool sliding bores are provided on the second housing block forming a three-dimensional structure. A relief valve for suppressing maximum pressures in a plurality of oil passages to a predetermined set pressure or less is provided on one of the first and second housing blocks. This relief valve is arranged at a position closer to the joining surfaces than each of the spool sliding bores provided in the one of housing blocks.

  • Patent number: 9175456
Abstract: A boom control valve and a pulsation absorption control valve are provided in the halfway point of a center bypass line. The pulsation absorption control valve is arranged in a position downstream of the boom control valve. The pulsation absorption control valve is switched to a blockade position and a communication position by a pilot pressure from a remote control valve. The pulsation absorption control valve is constituted such that one main line out of a pair of main lines is communicated with or blocked off from an accumulator via one communication line and the other main line is communicated with or blocked off from the side of a tank via the other communication line. The accumulator is operated as a dynamic damper at the traveling of a vehicle. This arrangement enables the construction of the communication line to be simplified, thus improving operability at assembling.

  • Publication number: 20140245728
Abstract: The aim of the present invention lies in providing a hydraulic drive system for a working vehicle, in which pressure oil can be supplied to an accumulator when a working device is raised, and in which, when the working device is held in a raised state, except during loaded travel, lowering of the working device caused by leakage of pressure oil inside a bottom chamber of a hydraulic cylinder into a hydraulic oil tank through a gap in a control valve can be reliably prevented. When a working device (2) is raised, oil ejected from a main pump (13) is introduced through an accumulator valve (61) to an accumulator (40). Further, when the working device (2) is held in a raised state, except during loaded travel, leakage of pressure oil inside a bottom chamber (11a) of a lift arm cylinder (11) into a hydraulic oil tank (17) through a gap in a control valve (20) for the lift arm is prevented by means of a poppet (71) of a load retention valve (70).

  • Patent number: 7611059
Abstract: On a display window that displays code patterns that are read at a time, a code reading device allows the code pattern that is successfully decoded to be visually confirmed with ease. In a handy terminal, when an image scanner reads code patterns at a time in response to a trigger operation, a CPU performs decoding processes for each code pattern and determines whether the decoding processes have been successfully completed or not based on the decoding results so as to display an identifying mark indicating the determination result in association with the image of each code pattern.

  • Patent number: 5283081
Abstract: A process for manufacturing a hybrid multilayer ceramic wiring substrate having a low dielectric constant includes a conductor wiring forming step and an insulating layer forming step. The conductor wiring forming step comprises the steps of: applying a photoresist upon a multilayer ceramic wiring substrate in which a plurality of conductor layers are laminated via insulation layers formed of a low temperature sinterable ceramic composition having a low dielectric constant; exposing the photoresist to light and developing the exposed photoresist to form a mask pattern; and selectively plating the mask pattern. The insulating layer forming step comprises the steps of: printing a photo-setting paste for an insulating layer on the substrate and drying the paste; forming a via hole pattern by light exposure and development using a mask; and burying and sintering a conductor paste into via holes.

  • Patent number: 5048375
Abstract: Disclosed is a very small sized rotating and cutting tool comprising a rotating and cutting part such as drill bit and a shank which is a separate solid body having a through aperture permitting insertion of the rotating and cutting part into the through aperture and removal of the rotating and cutting part from the through aperture when it has been worn or broken. With this arrangement the worn or broken rotating and cutting part can be easily removed from the shank simply by pushing the rotating and cutting part out of the through aperture of the shank, and the shank can be reused. Also, advantageously the lathing of a relatively large cylinder into a "large-and-small cylindrical object" as is carried out in making a conventional miniature drill, is not required. For these reasons miniature rotating-and-cutting tools can be manufactured and marketed at reduced price.

  • Patent number: 4955082
Abstract: A mobile station receives radio waves from all signposts through the positioning channels while making communications using the voice channels. The signal levels of the radio waves thus received are subjected to comparison, so that a zone switching request is made to a signpost with the highest signal level, whereby a mobile station can make communication through that signpost which covers the zone where the mobile station is located, even while traveling. The positioning channels are so set that the frequencies assigned to the signposts are switched every frame in a time series mode, and none of the signposts transmit one and the same frequency at the same time. Therefore, the mobile station can receive radio waves from all the signposts without signal interference (which may be caused when a plurality of stations transmit signals equal in frequency). In the system of the invention, the transmission zones of adjacent signposts overlap each other.

  • Patent number: 4947452
Abstract: A mobile communication system is provided wherein a plurality of signposts enable communications among mobile stations and a switching system in a predetermined communicating area, and are connected through a transmission network connected to a fixed network according to the invention, each of the signposts has dual zone communications ability including a communicating area which overlaps the communicating areas or adjacent signposts, and a zone switching signal area which does not overlap the zone switching signal areas of adjacent signposts. The signpost and mobile stations, jointly detect on-going signal levels of the mobile station, and communication area switching operation are carried out as needed. In the mobile communication system of the invention, a transmitting and receiving equipment can be a single transceiver which switches over the frequencies to communicating channel frequencies and to zone switching controlling frequencies.

  • Patent number: 4887496
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of making drills, endmills and other rotating-and-cutting tools comprising the steps of: extruding super-hard metal powder into a spiral rod; sintering the spiral rod; forming a-ferrous metal powder layer around the rear end of the spiral rod sinter; and heating and then cooling the ferrous metal powder layer in such a way that voids may be caused to appear in the ferrous metal powder layer, which is integrally connected to the spiral rod sinter to make up its shank. Thanks to the existence of the voids in the shank layer, any inner strain will be dissipated, assuring that crack-free products result.

  • Patent number: 4882502
Abstract: An integrated circuit in which the effective power consumed by the pull-up resistor of a switch for controlling the loads of electrical circuitry of an automobile is reduced by passing the current through the pull-up resistor in synchronization with the duration of the pulse width of an input latching pulse only when the latching pulse is supplied. The integrated circuit thus may be powered by a regulated power supply due to its lower power consumption. Also, a surge arrester circuit is no longer required, thereby making it possible to reduce the size of the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit configured in this manner outputs a signal indicative of the on/off status of the switch without draining the battery due to the excess current which passes through the pull-up resistors in corresponding integrated circuits of the prior art.
