  • Publication number: 20190279334
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a technique capable of setting a cutting-open position that a user desires. To achieve the technique, a part or the whole of a circular image is cut and opened at the cutting-open position and converted into a rectangular image, the converted rectangular image is displayed, and the cutting-open position is changed according to a user operation.

  • Patent number: 9020296
Abstract: An image conversion apparatus calculates, based on a first value for obtaining first coordinate values in a second image before first conversion, which correspond to coordinate values of one pixel in a first image after first conversion, a second value for obtaining second coordinate values in the second image, which correspond to coordinate values of a pixel adjacent to the one pixel in the first image. The apparatus converts the second coordinate values into third coordinate values for second conversion of converting a third image into the second image and converts the third image into the first image. In the calculation of the second value, addition or subtraction using a constant and a result of the calculation is iteratively executed for sequentially outputting values corresponding to results of multiplication of coordinate values of each pixel in the first image and the constant.

  • Patent number: 8625933
Abstract: An image processing apparatus can detect a predetermined target object from image data. The image processing apparatus includes an image zooming unit configured to generate a plurality of pieces of zoomed image data that are mutually different in magnification from the image data input by an image inputting unit, a detection unit configured to extract a partial area from the plurality of pieces of zoomed image data generated by the image zooming unit, and detect the predetermined target object by performing collation to determine whether the extracted partial area coincides with a detection pattern stored in a detected pattern storage unit, and a detected information storage unit configured to store detection information including magnification information of the zoomed image data from which the predetermined target object is detected by the detection unit.

  • Patent number: 6225911
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a fan sensor for detecting a failure of a fan for cooling an inside of the apparatus and for outputting a cooling fan failure signal, a counter for starting time counting when the cooling fan failure signal is output and for outputting a time-out signal when counting to a predetermined value, and a power supply unit for supplying a power to the information processing apparatus and for stopping the power supply responding to the time-out signal, so as to prevent electronic components from being damaged by heat. If a cooling fan failure signal is output, the apparatus notifies a user of the fan failure and of a stop warning and performs a software protective operation during time counting with the counter.
