  • Patent number: 11912157
Abstract: In a driving control device that controls a driving system for a vehicle, a voltage monitoring unit determines an abnormality in voltage detection and a current monitoring unit determines that power is supplied to the battery when a battery has a current value on a charge side relative to a predetermined value. When the voltage monitoring unit determines that the voltage detection is abnormal, a running control unit controls a rotating electric machine in such a manner that the vehicle is brought in a fail-safe running state. A power supply control unit controls a power supply source to be in a power supply prohibition state. A switch control unit cuts off a switch, in a case where it is determined that power is supplied to the battery during the power supply prohibition state of the power supply source.

  • Patent number: 6258630
Abstract: A resin-sealed semiconductor device of the present invention includes: a lead frame having an island on which a semiconductor element is mounted and inner leads; and a heat spreader for diffusing heat generated in the semiconductor element, resin-sealing is made while the heat spreader, the island bottom and the inner leads are in face-contact with one another without an adhesive, and a part of the heat spreader is in contact with a part of the inner leads at the perimeter. The heat diffusion efficiency of the heat spreader is enhanced.
