  • Patent number: 10820789
Abstract: An endoscope system includes a first light source that emits visible light, a second light source that emits non-visible light, an image sensor that generates a first image including a subject through first photoelectric conversion using the visible light and generates a second image including a subject that emits fluorescence emission light due to excitation by the non-visible light through second photoelectric conversion using the non-visible light, and an output device that alternately switches between and outputs the first image and the second image. The second light source starts light emission by a predetermined time before start of the second photoelectric conversion due to driving of the driving circuit.

  • Patent number: 8558956
Abstract: An image display system comprises red, green and blue laser light sources, a spatial light modulator that modulates the laser light of different colors in a time sharing manner and a controller that controls the operation of the laser light sources and the spatial light modulator. The green and red laser light sources are lit in this order in each frame. The green color is diminished due to the response delay of the spatial light modulator, but the green laser light produced by the green laser light source has a relatively large color phase shift from the standard green color so that the shortage of green color cancels the color phase shift of the generated green color so that the color phase shift of the displayed intermediate color can be minimized.

  • Publication number: 20120182527
Abstract: An image display apparatus having a case supporting laser light source apparatuses emitting laser light of green color, red color, and blue color, a projection optical system; and a cooler that cools the laser light source apparatuses. The case includes: a front wall to which the blue color laser light source apparatus is mounted and a projection outlet of the projection optical system is provided; and a side wall that is connected to the front wall and to which the red color laser light source apparatus and the green color laser light source apparatus are mounted. The cooler is provided on the side wall side. The image display apparatus further includes dichroic mirrors guiding the laser light of respective colors to the projection optical system side. Either of the dichroic mirrors reflects laser light having a wavelength shorter than or equal to the wavelength of the green color laser light.

  • Publication number: 20120176556
Abstract: An image display system comprises red, green and blue laser light source units (22 to 24), a spatial light modulator (25) that modulates the laser lights of different colors in a time sharing manner and a control unit (13) for controlling the operation of the laser light source units and the spatial light modulator. The green and red laser light source units are lighted in that order in each frame. The green color is diminished owing to the response delay of the spatial light modulator, but the green laser light produced by the green laser light source unit (23) has a relatively large color phase shift from the standard green color so that the shortage of green color cancels out with the color phase shift of the generated green color so that the color phase shift of the displayed intermediate color can be minimized.

  • Publication number: 20120044693
Abstract: In order to reduce manufacturing cost of a base supporting a semiconductor laser, without deteriorating accuracy of mounting of the semiconductor laser, a mounting member is provided between the base supporting the semiconductor laser and the semiconductor laser; and the semiconductor laser and the base are fixedly attached with heat-cured silver paste. The silver paste has a lower curing temperature than an assurance temperature of the semiconductor laser, and a higher heat resistance than an operation temperature of the semiconductor laser. The mounting member is formed of a material having a higher heat resistance than the curing temperature of the silver paste.

  • Patent number: 7535610
Abstract: A light source apparatus includes a light source unit in which a light source and a light source supporting member having elasticity in an optical axis direction are coupled together, and a collimating lens base member on which a collimating lens is supported. An optical axis direction adjusting member is positioned between the light source unit and the collimating lens base member. A position of the light source unit can be adjusted within a plane approximately perpendicular to the optical axis, and the light source unit can thereafter be secured relative to the collimating lens base member via the light source supporting member. The optical axis direction adjusting member is movable in the optical axis direction, and is disposed such that by its movement it causes the light source supporting member to deform against the elasticity of the light source supporting member, thereby allowing an adjustment of a position of the light source with respect to the collimating lens in the optical axis direction.

  • Patent number: 7395023
Abstract: The present invention holds the source document feeding direction downstream edge of a printed sheet ejected above a source document feed tray by means of a top ejection platform functioning as a printed sheet holding section in an area apart from source document feed rollers functioning as a source document feeding section. As a result, a printed sheet ejected onto top ejection platform is not fed automatically by source document feed rollers. Therefore, a printed sheet that has undergone image formation can be ejected without obstruction above source document feed tray of an automatic document feeder, checking and removal of a printed sheet are facilitated, and convenience is improved.

  • Publication number: 20060285901
Abstract: An image forming apparatus that enables a document ejected after image information reading is finished, and a printed sheet on which an image has been formed based on this image information, to be removed easily while the distinction between the two is clearly maintained. According to an image forming apparatus (100) of the present invention, a sheet document S whose image information has been read is ejected onto a document ejection tray (145), and a sheet Ps on which image information has been recorded is ejected onto a sheet ejection tray (151), so as to be crosswise to each other. By this means, even though sheet document S and printed sheet Ps are removed in a mutually overlapping state, sheet document S and printed sheet Ps can be distinguished from each other since their directions of ejection are crosswise to each other.

  • Publication number: 20050231772
Abstract: An image forming apparatus that enables a source document ejected after image information reading is completed, and a printed sheet on which an image has been formed based on the image information, to be removed easily with one hand while maintaining their segregated state. In this apparatus, a source document feed tray holds a source document. A source document ejection tray is positioned below source document feed tray, and holds an ejected source document. A sheet ejection tray is positioned above source document feed tray, and holds a printed sheet ejected onto the uppermost part of the main body of the apparatus. Source document ejection rollers eject a source document into source document ejection tray so that the ejection direction downstream edge of source document ejected into source document ejection tray faces the ejection direction downstream-side position of source document ejection tray rather than the source document feeding direction upstream edge of source document feed tray.

  • Publication number: 20050231579
Abstract: In manual copying mode, recording paper that has undergone image formation passes along a main body ejection path and is ejected onto a main body ejection platform of a main body ejection section by main body ejection rollers, and in automatic copying mode and external input print mode, recording paper that has undergone image formation passes along a top ejection path and is ejected onto a top ejection platform of a top ejection section by top ejection rollers. By thus having recording paper with a high image forming frequency that has undergone image formation by means of the aforementioned automatic copying mode or external input print mode ejected into top ejection section positioned on the upper part of the main body of the apparatus by means of top ejection mode, checking and removal of recording paper are facilitated and convenience is improved.

  • Publication number: 20050047839
Abstract: A release layer, which contains fluoropolymers is applied on a die surface of a shaping die, and is baked. An elastic layer is applied onto the external surface of the release layer and is baked. A supporting layer containing heat-resistant synthetic resin is applied onto the external surface of the elastic layer, and is dried. The dried supporting layer is polished to remove the unevenness, and the supporting layer is baked. The release layer, the elastic layer and the supporting layer are turned inside out to be removed from the die surface.
