    Abstract: An insulated electric wire containing a conductor having a flat shape and showing excellent selectivity for bending in the height direction of the flat shape, and a wiring harness containing such an insulated electric wire. An insulated electric wire contains a conductor and an insulation cover covering an outer periphery of the conductor. The conductor contains a flat portion which has a flat shape, in a cross section perpendicular to an axial direction of the conductor, having a larger size in a width direction than in a height direction. In the flat portion, a flexural rigidity in the width direction x of the insulated electric wire is 2.6 times or more than a flexural rigidity in the height direction y. The wiring harness contains the insulated electric wire.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a liposome, which comprises: a first mixing step wherein one or more lipids are mixed with an aqueous solution containing a water-miscible organic solvent; a heating step wherein the mixture obtained by mixing the lipids with the aqueous solution is heated to a temperature at which the lipids are dissolved in the aqueous solution; and a cooling step following the heating step, wherein the resulting mixture is cooled down to a temperature at which a liposome is produced. Insertion of the opposite shanks into the fitting holes bored in advance in the two panels fastens the two panels as separated by a fixed distance from each other. Vibration arising in one of the panels is absorbed by the damper pieces and prevented from reaching the other panel.
