    Abstract: The electric shaver is provided with outer blades, inner blades driven in reciprocating motion against the inner face of the outer blades and a driving mechanism driving the inner blades in reciprocating motion. The driving mechanism is provided with vibrating rods, which transmit the reciprocating motion and are connected at their extremities to the inner blades. Vibrators are connected to the vibrating rods and are mounted in a case. A reciprocating motion mechanism drives the vibrators in a reciprocating motion. The vibrating rods are connected to drive ports of the inner blades in a fashion allowing movement in an axial direction. Furthermore, blade-pushing springs, which permit the flexible reciprocating motion of the inner blades against the outer blades, are introduced on the vibrating rods such that the inner blades are pressed against the outer blades by the blade-pushing springs.

    Abstract: The triple bladed shaver is provided with three rows of mesh outer blades and inner blades that press against the inside surfaces of the outer blades. The three blade rows are mutually parallel with the center blade projecting outward more and having a longer in-out stroke than the side blades. The outer blades move freely and independently in and out of an outer blade case to which they connect. Edge springs between the center outer blade and the outer blade case push the center blade outward at both ends. The unique structure achieves comfortable efficient shaves.

    Abstract: The attachment structure has an outer blade assembly which mounts in a detachable manner on an outer blade frame and latch releases which disengage the outer blade assembly and outer blade frame. Latching pieces which latch into the outer blade frame are provided on the end planes of the outer blade assembly. Pressure arms project from both sides of the ends of the latching pieces. The latch releases have a plurality of push-out projections which push the latching piece pressure arms out of latching detents. The push-out projections extend in a direction that separates the outer blade assembly from the outer blade frame. The push-out projections apply pressure to pressure arms on both sides of each latching piece to disengage the latching pieces from the latching detents and separate the outer blade assembly from the outer blade frame.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a printed circuit board, a photoresist layer is formed on a three-dimensionally molded substrate through a conductive layer. A planar photomask which is provided with a mask pattern and a light-transmissive pattern is placed in front of the photoresist layer. A parallel light beam is radiated to the photomask in order to give to the photoresist layer an exposed pattern of an intended width "L" in correspondence to the light-transmissive pattern. In the present invention, the light-transmissive pattern is configured so as to satisfy the following relations:when D=0, W/L=1,when D>0, W/L<1,wherein "W" is a width of the light-transmissive pattern for forming the exposed pattern of the intended width "L", and "D" is a distance between the light-transmissive pattern and the photoresist layer. The photoresist layer of the exposed or an non-exposed pattern is removed to leave a patterned area of the conductive layer without the photoresist layer.
