  • Patent number: 11892628
Abstract: A video display system includes: a screen on which an mage for displaying a virtual image is projected; a light source that emits laser light; a scanner that projects the image onto the screen by biaxially scanning the laser light onto the screen; and a controller that generates the image and controls the light source using an image signal for causing the generated image to be projected onto the screen by the laser light, and receives an input of sensing information measured using a temperature sensor and controls the scanner in accordance with the input sensing information. When the sensing information indicates a temperature outside a given temperature range, the controller causes the scanner to reduce an amplitude of the biaxial scanning in at least one axial direction to a smaller value than when the sensing information indicates a second brightness or a temperature within the given temperature range.

  • Patent number: 11683454
Abstract: An in-cabin monitoring system includes a camera which captures an image of an inside of a cabin of a vehicle, a light source which irradiates the inside of the cabin with light, and a controller which controls the camera and the light source. The light source is capable of emitting first light which is light to be emitted when checking whether a person is present using the camera and second light which is stronger than the first light. The controller captures an image of the inside of the cabin using the camera while causing the light source to emit the second light, before the person gets in the vehicle and after the person gets out of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230019596
Abstract: Imaging and display system includes: a display; an optical system including a first mirror and a second mirror; a housing; a light-transmissive cover transparent to light and disposed to cover at least part of an opening of the housing; and a driver monitoring camera supported by a supporting body connected outside of the housing. First light emitted from the display passes through the light-transmissive cover via the optical system, and is reflected by a windshield toward a direction of the user. The driver monitoring camera captures an image of a driver shown on the light-transmissive cover by second light from a direction of the driver reflected by the windshield toward a direction of the light-transmissive cover.

  • Patent number: 10983343
Abstract: A display system according to an aspect includes a screen, a drive control unit, and a projection unit. The drive control unit has the screen moved in a movement direction. The projection unit renders an image on the screen by irradiating the screen with a light beam that scans the screen and projects a virtual image onto a projection plane with the light beam transmitted through the screen. The drive control unit has the screen moved in the movement direction such that an optical path leading to a rendering point on the screen varies its length according to a tilt angle defined by the projection plane with respect to a reference plane.

  • Patent number: 10819963
Abstract: A display device has a movable screen that is movable in a movement direction, a drive controller, a projector, and a position detector. The drive controller moves the movable screen relative to a reference position set at a prescribed position in a movement range of the movable screen. The projector performs drawing on the movable screen by irradiating the movable screen with light used for scanning the movable screen and projects a virtual image onto a target space based on light that passes through the movable screen. The position detector executes position detection processing for detecting that the movable screen is located at a detection position set in relation to the prescribed position. The position detector moves the movable screen and executes the position detection processing in a non-display period in which the movable screen is not irradiated with light from the projector.

  • Publication number: 20120096335
Abstract: A read process is performed on an ith designated block storing an ith divided data string. If the ith divided data string is not normally read, the read process is sequentially executed on ith ordinary blocks each storing the ith divided data string, where the ith ordinary blocks are included in ordinary block groups, respectively. When the ith divided data string is normally read, it is determined whether or not reading p divided data strings has been completed. If it is determined that the reading the p divided data strings has not been completed, the read process is performed on an (i+1)th designated block storing an (i+1)th divided data string following the ith divided data string.

  • Patent number: 7925928
Abstract: After power activation, a transferer 14 detects a bootstrap program 111 having a first error check code 114 assigned thereto and being stored in a first storage device 11, subjects the bootstrap program 111 to an error detection/correction process, and transfers the bootstrap program 111 to the second storage device 12. If the transfer is properly completed, by executing the bootstrap program 111 on the second storage device 12, the CPU 10 performs an error detection/correction process for a main program 112 having a second error check code 115 assigned thereto, and transfers the main program 112 to a third storage device 13, after which the CPU's control branches out to the main program 112 on the third storage device 13. As a result, system boot can be performed without employing a NOR type flash memory.

  • Publication number: 20100090718
Abstract: States of LSI internal signals (100 to 107) are monitored. Signal name information (31), signal state information (32), and information (33) about time in an LSI when a signal undergoes a state transition, are packetized and output as trace information (10) to the outside. In a development supporting device, the trace information (10) is decoded, the time information of the LSI is converted into real-time information, and based on the resultant information, a waveform of an LSI internal signal is reproduced. A plurality of LSI internal signals can be traced using terminals (16) the number of which is smaller than the number of the signals to be traced.
