  • Publication number: 20240138787
Abstract: A radiation detection apparatus includes a first sensor panel that generates a signal in accordance with incident radiation, a second sensor panel that generates a signal in accordance with incident radiation, and an adhesive member that couples together the first sensor panel and the second sensor panel. When a stimulation is applied to the adhesive member, an adhesive force of the adhesive member is lowered to a strength at which the first sensor panel and the second sensor panel can be separated without causing damage.

  • Patent number: 6354792
Abstract: An IC receiving tray storage device is provided which is capable of securedly identifying the category of the tested ICs sorted for each category and received in the corresponding tray in the unloader section after end of test. Mounted to the tray storage is a casing comprising a generally rectangular base plate and a plurality of outer walls standing substantially upright and separately from each other on the base plate. A category identifying indicator is attached to at least one outer wall of the casing. This category identifying indicator indicates the category of ICs received in the tray. Also, in the base plate of the casing is formed an opening through which vertically movable unit is free to move. By the category identifying indicator, the category of the tested ICs received in the tray can be easily confirmed after the tray storage device has been taken out from the IC handler.

  • Patent number: 5757384
Abstract: This invention offers a font processor which performs thinning processing, standard processing and bolding processing in outline font according to a resolution level of an output apparatus. According to this invention, a rasterizer generates a raster image in a first area from the outline font, which is stored in a font memory. An outline producer produces an outline image in a second area according to an outline width, which is determined by an outline width determiner. An operation unit makes an logical operation of the raster image and the outline image, and generates an thinned or bolded raster image.

  • Patent number: 5742487
Abstract: Latches are pivotally provided on opposite sides of an IC device stored in the pocked of an IC carrier. Connecting arms of the latches are engaged in engagement holes formed in actuator members which are biased upwardly by springs. The top surface of the IC carrier, except the IC pocket, is covered by an actuating plate. The positioning pins of an IC set/removal mechanism are inserted into holes of the IC carrier so as to cause the mounting plate to which the pins are secured to press the actuating plate down against the top face of the IC carrier causing the actuator members to pivot the latches, whereby the hold-down lugs of the latches are retracted from the top of the IC. The IC is now ready to be picked up by a suction pad.

  • Patent number: 5604557
Abstract: A camera comprises a cartridge chamber having an access opening through which a film cartridge of film feeding type is loaded into a cavity of the cartridge chamber in a direction substantially vertical to a cartridge shaft of the film cartridge, and a slide cover capable of turning to an open position where the film cartridge is loaded and a closed position where the access opening of the cartridge chamber is closed. A turning position of the slide cover is restricted so that communication between the cavity of the cartridge chamber and a film feed passage is blocked by part of the slide cover, when the slide cover is turned to the open position.
